“Went camping w my gf wh hates camping....needless to say it wasnt enjoyable. couldnt wait to get back to civilization and eat a hearty meal. We drove pass the resteraunt w/o noticing it...but luckily we did because there was a chicken fried steak of the gods wheel barrelled over to our table and dumped onto plates....i was so glad to finally make the non camping gf happy! Didnt last long as soon as ahe seen how much i tipped our (jaw dropping) waitress...the meal n drinks was $35 and i left $80 cuz i believe it was worth it...oh yeah the tall glass of water who brought us our drinks was referred to by Tara i believe....plan on going back by myself very soon!“

“I’ve debated leaving this review because I’m selfish lol Sandra’s is our little hidden gem here in Spring Branch & hands down the best mexican food I’ve ever had. Born & raised in South Texas, I’ve tried it all. It’s extremely difficult to find a restaurant that has both an incredibly delicious big menu & an awesome atmosphere…not to mention, kid friendly as well! Sandra’s has it all. Which makes it the perfect spot to host family & friends or even have a date night! Big outdoor patio, awesome playground for the kiddos & the friendliest staff around. As far as drinks, their margaritas are THE BEST & out of this world…house with tajin on rim & Italian are my favorites but the mexican martini is amazing as well! As for food, you have to try the cowboy burrito (with shredded chicken - a family favorite of ours), Sandra’s soup, shrimp fajitas & enchiladas just to name a few of our favorites. Breakfast is served from 9am-2pm & I highly recommend trying the Jose taco & french toast! Don’t forget to grab some churros for dessert. The food at Sandra’s is consistently delicious & you truly cannot go wrong trying anything on that menu. If you’re having a party or gathering, highly recommend having them cater & be sure to grab a gallon of margaritas as well! My family says they come up to visit because they miss us but truth is they come up just to go to Sandra’s. Definitely a family staple of ours!Kid-friendliness: Awesome playground safely located within the outdoor patio area where parents can watch their kiddos while enjoying their time!“

“Found this spot on Yelp and went for lunch after some boating on the lake. It was a Saturday around 2:30pm and it was empty! Quick service- Kat was the best! She answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction. I got the ribs, Mac n cheese, and green beans. I loved every bite! I felt prices were reasonable, portions were good, and the bread, pickles and bbq sauce it comes with were so good! Everyone was happy, though my friend didn't love her brisket. I would come back!!“

“Very sweet specialty drinks that are a little pricier than your average coffee place at max size but very good and tastes better than your average Starbucks or Dutch Bros. They are kind of hidden on the side of the road so approach the turn slowly so you don't miss it.“
