I usually never write reviews because it makes me feel like I'm snitching lol , however this place pissed me off. I've worked customer service so I expect to receive the service I used to give . Anyway, ol dude at the register made me go all the way home because I didn't have the coupon. Are you serious dude!? I had it on my phone. And they're rude this girl literally told me "hold on". I didn't even ask to be helped I was just standing there I didn't say a word because I'm not an aggressive person. Even as I'm writing this they probably don't even know it because despite the horrible service I wasn't rude. I don't usually come to KFC and I won't be back.
