They got my Whatameal to me very quickly. For this meal, my Whataburger was free because I did the online survey from the receipt from a previous visit. Since it was free it seemed to taste better than one I had to pay for in the past though both were good. I will always be loyal to Whataburger.
I just want to say I was greeted in the drive thru by Toni today and she was amazing with customer service. I had a large order and she was able to help me and add on desserts as well! She is one of the nicest and courteous customer service member I’ve encountered in a long time! Keep up the great work!

The dispatcher was rude she barely gave me my meal and threw my drink and it fell in my car. I didn't complain there because I know they didn't make that money. But it was a very embarrassing moment.
