My husband and I attended this Starbucks premises with my Service Dog in a dog stroller and wearing an official Service Dog vest. We were sat away in a corner for added consideration to other customers (although the place was empty barring ourselves and one other customer). Approx 10-15 mins after being served with our coffee/cake, my husband approached the service desk and was asked to leave the premises or sit outside because they do not "allow pets". When my husband explained that our dog is a Service Dog, the young male server disregarded the explanation and again insisted we sit outside or leave. A female server then approached (I will allow her some privacy by not actually naming her). She then began insisting the same, "leave or sit outside". I myself then approached the counter with my "Service Dog Identification Card" and additional cards explaining that: "it is against Federal Law to separate a Service Dog from their handler, refuse attendance to the premises of the handler and Service Dog". The female assistant brought out their policy procedure on a digital reader and insisted she was correct. After explaining further to her regarding Federal Law, she told us she was sure she was correct and only enforcing Starbucks Policy. She had actually misunderstood the policy as written. I further explained that we have visited many, many Starbucks and never once have we experienced a refusal of our Service Dog. Especially a refusal based on assumption that our dog was a "pet" and ignoring the vest and the solid proof identity card further backed up by a card explaining the law. After having spoken to her manager by phone, she returned to tell my husband that she had in fact made an error and that Service Dogs are permitted. This was an extremely upsetting experience for me as I suffer from numerous unseen disabilities. I left the place upset, shaking and traumatized not to mention immensely humiliated. People, especially those with hidden disabilities should never be treat with disrespect. Ask questions to verify your assumptions first, then ask for evidence by all means! I was not given the option to verify my rights to have my Service Dog with me, before being told to sit outside or leave. All this after having been served with coffee/cake "inside the establishment". On the upside, the female assistant humbly appologised for her error and behavior. I can say that this took humility and honesty to do. Especially in front of staff, myself and my husband, and so, I do commend her for that. She did earn my respect as this was most certainly not an easy moment for her. She also gave us a $4 voucher and a full refund, which I thank her for. I graciously accepted her apology as I appreciate mistakes are human and none of us are innocent of making them. "Not all disabilities are visible" is the key to remember here, alongside check, check and check again before pre-judging someone's dog as being unwelcome inside the establishment. My dog was in a place that was considerate of other customers with no health and safety risk, inside a dog stroller, wearing an official vest and identification brought with us, causing no disturbance. In fact laid down resting. Since my review of this establishment is backed up by a previous review from another customer. Who was also making a complaint of staff mismanagement regarding Service Dog accessibility to these premises. I'm writing this review in the hope that this will never happen in future to other handlers and Service/Support animals. So that anyone with "hidden disabilities" receives the respect, dignity, understanding and consideration they deserve not only as customers of Starbucks, but valuable human beings. Which is all they ask for. Other establishments are doing this with no qualms!

Today I walked over to Starbucks with my service dog, a puppy still in training. I'm always respectful and place my order online & wait outside until I see my order on the counter. The way I was treated with such disrespect by a lady working near the to-go line. First I came in to grab my drink, 3-4 minutes later, I walked in again to check on my breakfast. Before I could even ask, this lady rudely snared at me telling me, "he can't be in here, we will bring your order out to you." 1) Without even asking my name. 2) I was maybe in the store for 10 seconds before she attempted to speak down to me. How embarrassing, I've walked over and brought my dog to walk in & pick up my items several times. And to have the audacity to scream it across the counter. The guy who brought out my breakfast was super kind and respectful, especially once I did clarify he was a service dog.

I love my Starbucks and I love everything about this location however, I usually order a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso OR an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and they NEVER taste the same. 80% of the time the proportions are off and my drink taste more of milk than anything else. It wasn’t always a problem but it’s become way too frequent and I’m honestly a little disappointed because I look forward to those drinks.2/3/24 Update: How does one ask for a drink to be made how it should be? I decided to go into this facility vs the drive thru to politely express my complaint and the first girl I spoke to seemed confused as to what I was asking for however I also didn’t know how to explain what I was wanting. The second girl (Pamela) was very polite and explained to me how the drink was made. I let her know that the drinks always come out different and she stated that my options were either to put less milk in it and there be left over room in the cup, that they could put more ice in it or I’d have to pay for an extra shot. At that point I just wasn’t even sure of it anymore. I agreed to pay for an extra shot because I didn’t want more ice nor did I want less of the beverage in the cup. Once the drink was almost finished, another girl (Alyssa I believe) nicely asked me to let her know how much milk I’d like and asked me to tell her when to stop. I do think I told her to stop a little too late as it was a little too much but that was COMPLETELY on me. Both of these girls were very professional and very sweet. Other than today I don’t ask for anything special for either of the drinks I get. I just don’t understand how there are specific measurements for these drinks yet they come out different every time.

The best way to tell if a Starbucks staff are team players…. Order coffee. If the one taking the order passes the cup to another staff member, then you know they are the bottom tier team contributors.99% of the time when i order coffee, they turn around and complete the request. This lazy individual passed the cup to another, then start stocking an already full tray of breakfast sandwiches.Pure lack of customer needs!!

I often stop at the Starbucks on my way out of town or if I really really want to try a flavor as it's only five minutes from my house... I've been super happy with the service here always with a smile and my drink has never ever been wrong and I make a lot of customizations! It's an easy in and out as well. Glad to have this location on this side of Gosling for sure!

I call this my place my neighborhood starbucks. I like the staff and especially the consistency of the drinks. The drinks here are good and you won't be disappointed. I like my drink the same every time. They also go out their way to make your custom-made beverage/coffee perfect! Clean and nice environment to meet, work, or chill out.

This is my go to Starbucks location, the staff is very friendly and usually make the drinks according to how they were ordered. Just a note of caution though, if you go in after 7pm the floor may be wet, but they don’t put up wet floor signs. I was walking to the restroom while waiting for my drink to be finished and hit an area of wet floor. Both my feet went out and if it weren’t for the door frame being there for me to grab onto, I would have hit the floor hard. For safety reasons alone, just use the drive through.
