Terrible service. We were seated and then ignored while everyone around us seemed to get service.
I have really been looking forward to going to this restaurant but after reading December reviews it appears something happened during that month and I think I'll wait to see reviews from January before I decide. I love the ambiance of the place the fact that it's small and cozy and the menu appealed it to me but if the execution, service and availability is not there then what fronted out as an excellent experience leaves a bad taste on the end. I really hope to read that things have turned around since your last reviews. And do bear in mind that I know that people might complain for reasons that have nothing to do with the restaurant however that being said if they took the time to post it on the site I'm going to keep it in my mind until I read differently. Atmosphere is nice but service was lacking. Got the drinks quickly but took over an hour to order. Order was wrong. Thought I told her a different pizza when I did not. Told me that she heard me point and say that. I refreshed her memory and she said maybe I mis heard. No apology. Then my pizza had more bottom crust than topping. Mostly ate crust. Then my pizza was put on a friend’s tab. Not a great experience for the first time going. Overall spent 3 hours there. Waitress looked confused over bring ing up tab for orders. Not a great experience!
