“We stopped by on a recent trip to visit family and ended up having Ashley cater our Easter Brunch! We had a variety of savory and sweet kolaches and pastries and ALL were delicious! Ashley was so wonderful to work with for a last minute order. We 100% recommend and are excited to have a new favorite place when we visit.”

It was a beautiful presentation and the flavors worked so well together - kudos! The salsa had a smokey tomato base and guacamole was perfect. Yummy Jamaica tea, too! This central Mexican food is a delight!”

Location is a bit hidden but totally worth the drive. It's my first stop in Houston, coming from the Loussiana ports after working with the oil ships. Long live Maracaibo! ! ! “Trying another local joint. This little hole in the wall is definitely closer to back home(956 RGV/MX border). It has a small menu and a handful of tables to sit at but totally worth it. The flavor on their meat is top notch and the street tacos are filled to the brim. We ate, sang along to the tejano music, drank Mexican Cokes and watched the older lady behind the counter make tortillas from scratch. Very friendly staff, clean, and the salsa is actually spicy(that's a first so far up here). We will definitely be back.”

Also one day I came in for lunch and as I was leaving a man in a motorized wheelchair was entering, and the server must have known them as regulars because he had their table ready with a seat moved so he could pull right up and had their sweet teas ready and in the table for them! It was very nice.Price: Prices very reasonable, not over the top. I don’t flinch at the idea of returning because of the cost.Food: Excellent food, I love the Aji buns and the chicken skewers. Ramen was very good, you can also get Sapporo or Asahi on draft which is nice.Ramen specific: The Aji tonkotsu is a solid choice, great broth and egg. The chashu is pretty standard but a good serving. Black garlic is a plus.Service: The server is always hustling and moving quickly. Very friendly here.Atmosphere/cleanliness: I love the atmosphere here, the wooden interior design has a true authentic Japanese feel. I love all the neon signs!”

Appetizers were the highlight for us - tomato soup, arancini, meatball and cesar salad. The pizza flavors were fun and unique. Most were pretty dry though. The dessert pizza were our favorite. Great service and they keep the pizza coming quickly! Great value and good vibes. We loved this for a date night. Gets you out of your comfort zone trying so many flavors of pizza. Make sure you come hungry! We didn’t eat the crust to make sure we didn’t fill up too quickly. Cocktails were good - tried the Italian margarita and chocolate espresso martini.”

All of them are great but the dessert pizzas are very delicious too (not super sweet!). A bit pricier and meant more for a private or intimate dinner setting. They are kid friendly but don't have a lot of options for them. 2 and unders eat free!Parking: Prime corner restaurant with loads of parking spots. Free.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the front of the restaurant and lots of tables to roll up to and eat at.”

“We make the drive from Magnolia for this Chinese food. Its hard to find quality food in a good quantity and this place never disappoints. We get the Garlic Chicken, which is probably their best dish. Kids love the Orange chicken and fried rice.”

The only ugly spot and this whole visit was a loud and obnoxious 6 ft tall woman with black makeup on who is constant complaining about how her life sucks and how she wanted to listen to Rob zombie or she was going to throw a fit in the refrigerator and then when it came time to drop chairs because they are getting ready for the 2:00 a.m. rush she lethargically went over there and slammed every chair down and was destroying everybody in the restaurants experience she was so selfish and careless I told the manager she should be fired on the spot. Besides that everybody in that place is amazing but that girl is terrible and needs to go”

“The manager, BRANDON, was very exceptional in guiding, supervising his staff, and providing great customer service while taking my order. The first time, in a while, I encountered natural, calm leadership abilities. They don't teach this in college. My food was delicious, and the layout of the restaurant was very modern and up-to-date. When I am ever in those neck of the woods, I will go to that JACK IN YNE BOX. Great service.”

The cashier and ones handing us the food were super nice and courteous.There is no selection for mushrooms suggestion, let me tell you they are delicious! We ordered 5Lbs of crawfish, potatoes, corn, sausage, and mushrooms. We added a pound of shrimp and sodas.It's outside. I have 4 stars for atmosphere because even though it's outside people will smoke no matter where they sit. There should be smoking signs. My daughter and I had to inhale this man's smoke while we were eating. We are outside but his smoke directed at us the entire time.”

“Their cookies are very good but occasionally inconsistent in how the keto cookies taste. I mostly get the Snickerdoodle keto as it has the best and most consistent flavor of all their keto options. The keto peanut butter and chocolate chip are both decent, but the keto double chocolate is my least favorite and the most inconsistent flavor.My son usually chooses the regular chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, or regular snickerdoodle, and he loves all of them. My husband likes to try something different each time and is usually impressed. The most recent he's tried is the Captain Crunch one, and he has commented multiple times on how delicious it is.They have delicious cookies, a clean place, and friendly staff.”

“We stopped in on a Saturday. My wife and I both ordered protein style burgers. I got a double cheese with grilled onions and mushrooms and she got a single with grilled onions. We both also got an order of fries. She got a drink. Total was $45 w tip. A bit spendy. BUT. One of the best burgers I’ve had since moving to Houston and the fries were pretty awesome as well. Only drawback is the fries were clearly cooked in the same oil as other fried foods so my wife got a side of gluten with them. Not great but I don’t blame them as we didn’t ask ahead of time about gluten free. Sat on the patio and ate. It was quiet and nice. Definitely a keeper. Highly recommend.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I needed a complicated Rubik’s cube cake last minute for my son who changed his party theme and small cakes were the only ones who answered the call and said yes! The day of, they were punctual, kind and the cake was perfect! My son loved his cake, he was SO happy and all of our guest said it tasted amazing! It wasn’t very expensive either. “I highly recommend this restaurant. We contracted The Original Rib Tickler to Cater my daughters wedding on March 10th and we were so grateful that we did. The owner, Catherine was amazing to work with from the initial emails, and then our first meeting with her that included an amazing tasting. I think we literally had tried everything they make. We chose 3 meats and 3 sides, rolls & all the condiments for the wedding. The Paulo Potatoes, OMG, delicious. Everything was so good and we were blessed to have Catherine herself working with her team at our venue. 2 weeks later and I am still getting comments about how good the food was. I would absolutely hire them again and they now have a life long customer to their restaurant as well. Thank you so much to Catherine and her Team. You made it so easy!!!.”

The one thing I do suggest is making sure you come to eat during the earlier hours because I've tried the meat dishes at two different times, and it improved drastically when I came at 1pm vs 6pm. The food was waaay more saltier and the meat a bit drier in the evening. So get there early for the good stuff. The tender juicy stuff. Overall, Im glad I decided to give the place another shot because it's a pretty convient spot to come grab some good food. Just come try it out and see for yourself. It's BBQ, it will be worth it.”

Up ordering the spicy chicken strip dinner with toast and okra. It took about 15 minutes for my food to be ready and it was worth the little wait. The spicy chicken strips had a nice little kick to them and their dipping sauce was a perfect compliment! The toast was nice and buttery and the fried okra was some of the best I have ever had! Highly recommend Gloria Mae's if you're looking for some southern fried goodness!”

Husband had catfish atchafalya and the catfish was clean and cooked/seasoned well. Had a sample of the bread pudding and oh my goodness….can’t wait to go back!”

“Fun experience! Not the most amazing food ever but pretty solid. You’re mostly going for the experience of having 4 appetizers, 12 kinds of pizza and 3 dessert pizzas for just $25 per person. Appetizers were the highlight for us - tomato soup, arancini, meatball and cesar salad. The pizza flavors were fun and unique. Most were pretty dry though. The dessert pizza were our favorite. Great service and they keep the pizza coming quickly! Great value and good vibes. We loved this for a date night. Gets you out of your comfort zone trying so many flavors of pizza. Make sure you come hungry! We didn’t eat the crust to make sure we didn’t fill up too quickly. Cocktails were good - tried the Italian margarita and chocolate espresso martini.”

“This was a fun and delicious Texas BBQ experience. Everything was delicious, including the sides. The pulled pork was outstanding. Brisket was excellent - you can get brisket lean or moist. The moist means it has more fat marbled through the meat. I will return to Rudy’s again! Actually, I NEED to return to try more things on the menu!”
