“Went to Little Woodrows off of 249 and Gloria Mae's had a food truck set up there. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I ended. Up ordering the spicy chicken strip dinner with toast and okra. It took about 15 minutes for my food to be ready and it was worth the little wait. The spicy chicken strips had a nice little kick to them and their dipping sauce was a perfect compliment! The toast was nice and buttery and the fried okra was some of the best I have ever had! Highly recommend Gloria Mae's if you're looking for some southern fried goodness!“

“We saw this place when we were at Main street Crossing, watching a Queen tribute band, Queen Legacy (awesome, highly recommend) and thought we'd check it out. We like to support local businesses, and the name had us curious. It looks like burgers, potatoes and salads, we can handle that. Crazy options. for instance, I ordered the German Fest burger. Mike got the ball park. , I just saw a picture of the early bird, that looks fantastic. There is a shared courtyard outside that seems like a wonderful place to eat if the weather was nice. Of course today was rainy and completely overcast. (As expected because we were all excited about seeing the solar eclipse... , I am so hungry, I hope these burgers are worth the wait and the price. Also my husband tried the Tasso grilled cheese (scrumptious) and the owner offered to make our daughter a custom Mac'n'Cheese... we will be back!Great place to stop in Tomball (the bar has wine and beer). I get the pabellon every time and I’m never disappointedETA: we came recently and while I still crave pabellon on a regular basis the prices have gone up so astronomically that I can’t justify the cost anymore. I swear in the 3 years since I went for the first time it’s gone up $5. The birria is full of flavor that bursts in your mouth when you take a bite of the quesabirria. The dipping sauce compliments it very well. Most places it's too watery or too bland. Today, I'm back for the street tacos! They ran out of bistek so I went with the fajita. I'm hoping they're just as delicious as the quesabirrias.“
