“I've been following their Instagram page for a while and added them to my list of black owned businesses to try. I was able to experience their frozen custard this week at an agency event. The special of the day, a Black Velvet Sundae. The owner, Brandon, started to tell me what this sundae consisted of, and honestly, after I heard the words "dark chocolate," I was hooked!YES, this was as good as it looks!! You can see the delicious dark chocolate cupcake with a rich dark chocolate frosting on top of a generous scoop of vanilla frozen custard with a drizzle of chocolate fudge sauce that had me drooling! ? What you can't see is the dark chocolate Brownie with unexpected chocolate chips that all of this delciousness was built on!! OMG! That first spoonful had some of all the parts, and it was a little bit of heaven, all the way to the last bite. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and textures. The Black Velvet Sundae is a must have for dark chocolate lovers and dessert lovers alike.Although there were other food trucks out, Brandon and his team did a great job explaining their offerings, they provided samples of their frozen custard, had great energy and excellent service. I am looking forward to visiting their storefront soon to enjoy more of those epic looking desserts I see popping up on my Instagram feed! ?“

“This was my first visit, a suggestion from my sister. I started with the crab hush puppies (delicious!). As an entree, I chose the creole shrimp fettuccini (very good). My server (Amy-excellent!) was attentive and engaging, which enhanced my overall experience. The whole atmosphere had a vibe that was very inclusive and fun. I will definitely return.“

“The service was great. The deli next to the restaurant is a great temptation to bring home all kinds of cheese, wine, and crackers. The food was definitely cheese forward. So in the case of the French onion soup, which was one of the best I've ever had, it was as much about the bread and very generous portion of gryere on top as it was about the very delicious onion broth. Conflicted over what I wanted to try, I noticed they had take and bake options on the menu, so I opted for the lasagna for dining in, and I got a mac and cheese to go. Like the formentioned French onion soup, this lasagna was more about the generous amount of cheese inside. Both options were fantastic. We shared a charcuterie board for four, and it was plenty to go around. The warmed olives and Manchego cheese were quite delicious, too. They live up to their name, so if you love cheese, this is a great restaurant to see how your favorite dishes can really elevate the cheese as the star ingredient.“

“Gotta love a good brewery with some great events! We are regulars at their trivia night - and it's a ton of fun. I enjoy Aslin's sour beer selection and love that their fans feature artwork that is fun and quirky! The staff is wonderful and we always feel welcome :) Don't give this place a miss! check out their trivia night (and while at it, also their goat yoga!)!“

“I cannot write enough superlatives about my experience at The Garden. I hosted my wife's surprise birthday party there, and from the very early planning stages, the ownership and the staff made me feel comfortable knowing that every little detail would be taken care of. From reserving the space, the food, the beverages, the cupcakes (OMG, the cupcakes!) and the service, everything was absolutely phenomenal! My wife was surprised, my guests (~40 of them) loved the venue, and I was able to actually enjoy the party and not worry about a single thing! Oh, and I should mention that the value far exceeded the cost; especially in comparison to the other venues I considered. Thank you, The Garden staff!“

The bison was tender and juicy, the bun soft and delicious, the jalapeños the perfect spiciness, and the fries were plentiful. I ate at the bar and Satch, the bartender, was attentive and occasionally entertaining.I don't spend much time in this area, but I will definitely keep Ted's on my list of go-to places for a great meal.“

We came after promotion ceremony and let me tell you once we got to the door we were seated and our waitress was outstanding. The music was really nice as always when we've came. I was very surprised at the variety of flavors, I chose Vanilla (I figured you can’t go too wrong w/ Vanilla), IT was Delicious, I can’t wait to try some of the other Flavors now, the Homemade Taste was awesome, the prices were great, the speed of service was marvelous( It was seemingly right during “rush hour”, there was a line, however, the line moved swiftly, the Helpers (Young Staff), was very flexible, friendly, patient, quick, on top of things and handled business very professionally. I was impressed. I will GO BACK and refer Friends and Family to my New Found “Custard/ Ice Cream” Place. It’s been kept a secret from me. Now I Know.“

The bar was a smidget slow when we first sat down (during Happy Hour) on a Monday but the service picked up. I liked having happy hour drinks while waiting for our table by the water. “Hubby and I ate at the Diner last night ( September 5) for the first time. We live in Maryland,and decided we will patronize the Executive Diner again , and again. Appetizers were wonderful,as was the salad,and entrees. Had to bring some home because of the generous servings! This is our new “ go to”“
