Waitress was very nice and helpful but unfortunately our food arrived cold and fries soggy. Luckily for THEM we planned on taking out food to go because it was taking a while to come out. So we will just reheat our food at home. It happens but if it happen to the wrong person they would've been very troublesome. Stay bless.
I love the place but on Saturday night I ordered the rib dinner and the ribs was to salted. It was a take out order and I didn’t feel like taking them back because it was later after 10 pm and I was already feeling bad from waiting to eat for such a long time that day. I never had ribs that was salted like that before so I was very surprised. I’m sure it was an innocent mistake. I love that place but I was sad

We ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse last week. The ribs we received were burnt pretty badly. I’m not usually the type to complain, but these were inedible. I called the store and spoke with Logan, one of the managers. He was extremely apologetic about the situation and said he could have a fresh slab of ribs done for us within a few minutes.
