“Get the crispy octopus!!!! It is AMAZING!!!! I have texture food issues so was a little apprehensive but I also try everything because I know it's irrational. It was meaty not bouncy. It was incredible. Oysters were perfect! Honestly, everything we ordered down to the cappuccino with dessert was top tier, fries 10/10. Service: from the Host to the server, just awesome!!! Atmosphere ❤️❤️.“

“The food Hits!!! Mushroom pizza was my favorite of all that came to the table. The Street corn dip was good but IMO on the sweeter side vs the salty cojita/ spice side I'd expect from a dish like that. The self pour is an awesome feature!! You don't get locked into a pint of anything, get to try all the things❤️ Rooftop has heaters. Will be back for more of the environment and to try more things on the menu.Parking: Parking lot in back is shared with whole plaza. There is also street parking.“

“We squeaked in just in time for a couple happy hour orders! We enjoyed both the dumplings and meatballs from the small plates menu. Then ordered sandwiches for dinner. The food was great & service was nice. The ambience was amazing, we sat by these big bay windows & it was perfect. The food was great! The other entrees look amazing as well but we're significantly more money, so we stuck with the sandwiches and we're happy! Definitely a great date night or happy hour spot!“

“We came in from SC to visit family and had breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was crowded, but we were seated quickly. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was awesome! Even the other customers were friendly! I highly recommend this place!“

But very expensive for the amount of food you get I paid about $60 for my 3 items which was a bread pudding with two pieces of bacon and ice cream, quiche and salad, and a toast with salmon that I ordered to go. Not big portions for it to cost so much but it was good.“

“Cute coffeeshop in the heart of ODU. I was in the area during my lunch break and decided to give a new coffee shop a try, and Yelp led me to this place. When I walked in, I was greeted right away. When I approached the counter to order, I did what I normally do when trying a new place, I asked the employees what they recommended, and they were happy to share their favorite drinks choices with me. I decided to try the Apple Jack Chai, which was one of the drink specials. Their drink sizes to me seem smaller than the average coffee shop, but I am ok with that because I feel like our portion sizes are crazy anyway, lol. When I received my drink, I loved that they gave it to me with the top off so I could see what I was getting. I took one sip, and I was like, "This is good," Then I took another sip, and I said "wow this is really good." It wasn't overly sweet, and all the flavors that you love in a chai (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc) were all perfectly balanced and played very well with the apple flavor. As I was driving back to work, I only had one regret.....I honestly wished I ordered a medium, it was that good. I will defienly be returning to Borjo Coffeehouse again to try some more of their drinks.“

“Been going here for years. The rooftop experience is always great!!! The drinks could use more alcohol. But just ask how each drink has in it. If that’s important to you, which it is to me. But it’s not as big of a deal as taking any stars away because the place is still awesome.“

“2nd time there. Nice open area outside with fire pit. Wasn't lit this visit. Drinks were good. Had tacos last time that were delicious. This time just appetizers. Crab balls were recommended and tried. Very tasty. Crab fries had a spicy sauce in the mix that made you want more with each bite.Definitely going back again.“

“My family and I drive by year after leaving another restaurant. We turned into the parking lot and once inside already felt that the energy here was goods. This place reminds me of "home" in North Carolina. Everyone greets you including customers and staff when you enter. The cashier immediately asked us if we were ready to order and when we said we needed more time she politely let us take our time. Once we order we sat down at the table and our food took about 10 minutes to come out. They brought it to our table and everything was hot and fresh. They chicken was hot and crispy. The okra was good but needed a little salt which was easily remedied. I honestly didn't care for the mac and cheese I prefer baked. The puffs (fried biscuits) cake with honey and were interesting. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area. Great service and good food!“

“The best chicken I've had in a long time nice staff it did take quite a while but it was well worth it Mac and cheese could have been cooked a little less guess that's the Italian in me to have my pasta El Dante LOL the restaurant was being done over so half of the dining room was shut off and kind of tore up but honestly honestly I was there to see the dining room“
