The Tavern never fails to disappoint, the Tavern is a awesome place with amazing staff that are always willing, welcoming, friendly, provide the best service. The Essex Resort & Spa in general is awesome, but I especially love The Tavern. The food is SO good (what else would you expect from this culinary resort) and I really appreciate the great selection of beers on tap. Also some of the best hostesses, bartenders, and waiters/waitresses! Highly recommend!

I really want to like this place, it’s so close and seems like it would be a good dining spot but after a few visits (one takeout and two dine in) I’m just not a fan.On our most recent visit we went for breakfast.
