We just went for ice cream, we ordered 3 m&m McFlurry’s,1 Oreo and 1 hot fudge sundae, $27.00 later (I always round up).Not only were the cups 3/4 the way full, by the time I got them home (1.6 miles) they were melted (outside temp 59*) and was more like m&m cold soup.Between yesterday’s breakfast “show” where the employee was yelling and swearing at an individual person to leave, granted, I do believe that individual should have been asked to leave, but could have been done with out the yelling and swearing. All I can say, thank goodness my kids were not there to witness a scene like that.We used to come to this location on a fairly regular basis, but with these kinds of things happening, it would detour me from any Mc Donald’s locations

First off, I hate the double order speakers in the drive thru. They do not effectively serve every other customer at this location. Everytime I go through the person behind me in line ends up in front of me. For fast food this location is not that. I pulled up yesterday and the parking lot lights were not lit. Took almost 10 minutes to get to the window. I asked if others had let them know that the lights were out. They stated that they close at 8pm. It was now 8:01pm. So note to self, your safety in the parking lot is not a concern to them and the lights will be out before they close. Was told to pull forward and park with the several other patrons to wait 15 more minutes for our mediocre food to come out. Had plenty of time to look up the hours of operation on Google and their local website, both stated that they were open till midnight. When I inquired about the early closing with an employee, they stated they didn't know why.
Waited over 10 minutes for my "fast food" and it's set up so the employees have minimal interaction with customers. When the screen said my food was ready, there wasn't a soul around to bring it out to me. Glad I was just visiting the place, but regardless, I won't go there again.

I love the Caramel frapp there but I can't always get it which is upsetting because I go mainly for that and I like the crispy chicken sandwich but it sometimes has a bad texture and I can't eat it. Sometimes it's very good and sometimes it's not very good.Parking: Their breakfast is usually always good and I like most items

I ordered 2 milkshakes and a small fries. Got 1 shake and small fries. Waited 8 more minutes for the second one due to staff shortage or being destructed.

Ordered a big mac and a mcchicken tonight. The lady at the window asked me if I would like extra fires. Ofc the normal human being that I am said ofc. I get home and I have just finished my mcchicken and my free fries and I am looking forward to the main course meal of my dinner (the big mac) and there was NO MEAT ON EITHER SLICES OF BUN. I was in shock. I will be bringing this meatless big mac back first thing tomorrow morning to get a refund. I am astonished.
