“Ordered 2 banh mi. Was a little disappointed I got lightly toasted sub rolls/kaiser rolls instead of a baguette style roll. Upon seeing other pics around here. They may have just run out of the baguettes when I ordered. Will try again. The filling/meat was great, if they were in a baguette, then the sandwiches would have been excellant.“

“Food is good and very reasonably priced. My partner loves the Pho's chicken broth. Their Pad Tia is as good as any other resturant in thr Burlington area. The servings are large for lunch, so we only made a salad for dinner.Dietary restrictions: Able to avoid gluten.“

“Mama Pho is my favorite place to eat in Vermont. It’s great to have lunch during the winter months in the atrium area to get some sunlight. The plants are beautiful, the music always hits, and the food has never once been bad or inconsistent. Food seems very fresh and comes out quickly. I usually get the pho and I love it.“

“When word spreads, this charming Vietnamese restaurant might become packed with eager diners. I just hope they maintain their quality because the food here surpasses even homemade dishes. The chicken was perfectly crispy yet juicy, the vegetables were tender without being overly chewy, the rice was excellent—like a fluffy cloud, and the tea was pleasantly flavorful even when unsweetened, without any bitterness.“

“This place has a fantastic fusion of my ethnic foods, including Asian, Indian, Vietnamese, and Mexican. Amazingly, it is all good. I've tried different dishes on each visit. The place is not very busy, and I hope people will start eating here do it doesn't go out of business!!“

“The lemongrass pork banh mi was delicious - bread was nice and crispy but soft on the inside, meat seasoned and grilled perfectly, and the pickled radish added a crunchy tang that really balanced everything out. All for a great price point! I also got a passion fruit black tea with boba, which was only average. The pearls were unevenly cooked, so some were fine and most were still a bit hard in the middle. The search for great bubble tea in VT continues! All that said, it paired great with the sandwich and my lunch was a very enjoyable experience.“

“Would recommend! I loved the space and the mural. Got boba tea, veggie rolls, and the chicken banh mi. Menu seems a little pricey (where isn't these days?) but the banh mi is a ton of food, a lot bigger than others I've had. I'm sure the same is true about the pho. Everything was delicious!“

“Good affordable pho, served quickly. Plenty of meat in both the pho tai and pho ga we ordered. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Was surprised they were able to source Thai basil in midwinter in VT!Space is very sparse and there was a sometimes-glitchy loud TV playing in the background. Seemed like a place more focused on takeout than dine in service.“

“I had some subpar pho in the city while visiting Vermont so wanted to try another place. I had the pho dat? I think and the shrimp rolls. The shrimps rolls were soooo good crispy. Also, after taking my order the waitress stumbled into the wall curtain and almost fell? she was cute tho 5/5 would go again“
