5 of us went in for dinner together. We all ordered chicken pot pies and paid individually. Three of us were served while the other two of us waited, and waited. I went to the counter and asked if they had forgotten about us, as the others were served right away. I was told that the pies took 25 minutes to cook why didn't they tell me at the time of my order? Went to drive thru. Asked for no ice in my drink. Got ice. My fries were cold, asked for hot ones, they said it'd be 3 min and to pull around, I said I'd wait here, ( if you've been here, you'd know to turn into their parking lot from drive thru, you'd have to take a left onto the busiest road). Got my fries. Got no receipt and no smiles. Why is customer service so difficult??
