Recently visited A&W and unfortunately was very disappointed. The food was not tasty, the restaurant was in a catastrophically dirty condition, which immediately ruined the experience. The staff were polite, but they forgot to include some of the ordered items. On top of that, there were no napkins available, and the only sauce offered was ketchup. It’s a shame, because with more attention to cleanliness, organization, and service quality, the experience could have been completely different.

Quick, consistent, and always a solid choice for a fast meal. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food comes out hot every time. I appreciate that A&W uses better quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference in the burgers and breakfast items. The location is kept clean inside and out, and drive-thru service is usually fast. Great place for a reliable bite whether it’s morning coffee, lunch on the go, or a late-night snack.

The place it's self is great, out side of their control is the crappy parking lot layout.
Learned today (July 21, 25) that they have mandatory maintenance things that cause the restaurant to be closed about every three months but other wize the 24hour availablity is great!

Props to these guys. First A&W I've been in where they actually have Canadian workers that i can understand. Food is hot and no language barrier to mess up my order. It's this reason alone that it's the only a&w i go to. Hats off :)

Since opening it has progressively gotten worse. Some of the staff need retraining and the quality of the food preparation is garbage. Will be limiting support for this location.
