The selection of items available fits every type of event, the prices are more than reasonable and the service from start to finish is friendly and professional. All of the feedback from our event attendees when we use Bridgespan Cafe for our catering is hugely positive. I hope this post finds you well! I have some feedback about the portions and menu that I wanted to share with you. It would be great if the portions could be a bit bigger – the soup, for instance, is very tiny. While the snack is absolutely delicious, it would be perfect if it included at least one carrot and half of a big cucumber. The three veggies currently provided are quite little and few. Adding some tomatoes would also be a wonderful addition...
