Very delicious. Chili and lime. Very crisp Samosa Chips

Stopped by the store front and ordered butter chicken and samosas. Staff was very friendly and food came out within 5ish minutes. But butter chicken was very lacking. The chicken was cold, had little to no spice, and was very sweet. The samosas were a hot mess. Soggy with oil and no flavor. Literally just ground beef inside. I've had the samosas chips many times before and they are great! Will stick to those and avoid other items.

Prabby and her team at Fine Balance Foods just catered our year-end banquet and awards ceremony. They were punctual and well prepared and the food was second-to-none. They provided ample measures that was hot and delectable, and we will definitely use Fine Balance catering again. We requested both butter chicken (outstanding!) and roast beef (superb), so we had all the bases covered, and we cannot rate their service or their food highly enough. We strongly recommend them for any function - big or small. Well done, Prabby et al!

Absolutely loved the experience! The fusion food was a delightful surprise..creative, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The poutine and lasagna were standout dishes - rich, satisfying, and made with top-quality ingredients. Every bite showed attention to detail and passion for great food. A must visit spot for any food lover. They're offering catering too so they're definitely my go-to for food at the next event 👍

I just purchased your samosa chips at sobeys in edmonton, they are delicious! I wish you were closer to edmonton, however I'm definitely going to try out your other flavours.

We ordered buttered chicken, raita, vegetable biryani, chili paneer and Nan bread for my mom's birthday. Everything is superb and exceeded our expectations. Their Samosa Chips are *THEE BEST*. So fresh, tasty, light and flavorful. Best snack, ever. I buy them mostly at my local Safeway or Co-op. My favorite are the Lemon & Pepper. So nice that these are made locally in Airdrie. I've eaten at their little restaurant in the past and it's also amazing, the best Butter Chicken around. Highly recommend.
