A Fine Balance Catering & Café

Prabby and her team at Fine Balance Foods just catered our year-end banquet and awards ceremony. They were punctual and well prepared and the food was second-to-none. They provided ample measures that was hot and delectable, and we will definitely use Fine Balance catering again. We requested both butter chicken (outstanding!) and roast beef (superb), so we had all the bases covered, and we cannot rate their service or their food highly enough. We strongly recommend them for any function - big or small. Well done, Prabby et al!

Absolutely loved the experience! The fusion food was a delightful surprise..creative, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The poutine and lasagna were standout dishes - rich, satisfying, and made with top-quality ingredients. Every bite showed attention to detail and passion for great food. A must visit spot for any food lover. They're offering catering too so they're definitely my go-to for food at the next event 👍

I just purchased your samosa chips at sobeys in edmonton, they are delicious! I wish you were closer to edmonton, however I'm definitely going to try out your other flavours.

We ordered buttered chicken, raita, vegetable biryani, chili paneer and Nan bread for my mom's birthday. Everything is superb and exceeded our expectations. Their Samosa Chips are *THEE BEST*. So fresh, tasty, light and flavorful. Best snack, ever. I buy them mostly at my local Safeway or Co-op. My favorite are the Lemon & Pepper. So nice that these are made locally in Airdrie. I've eaten at their little restaurant in the past and it's also amazing, the best Butter Chicken around. Highly recommend.

If you want flavour, this is your place! I am blown away by how delicious the samosa chips are. Wish I had a decent picture to add on here but I ate everything too fast. Mango habanero for the win.

Very good food for business meeting catering. Food was hot and ready, salad was super fresh, samosas were amazing. delivery was on time. Great locally owned business which I would definitely recommend. The best butter chicken I have had ever! Don't knock it till you try it.
