I had to ask the staff to wash her hands between handling cash and touching my food and coffee this morning. Perhaps two staff in the morning would suffice, one on food and one on cash If they are not going to be washing in between cash and food handling.

Dropped in for supper after doing errands and was so impressed with the 3 team members I watched Hubby and I had the pleasure of watching 3 young people that showed so much professionalism I had to go and compliment them.
The moment we approached the order counter we were greeted so well, with the young gentleman taking our order and answering our questions so efficiently.
The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, and with the downtime I watched the kids replenish what was needed, tidy the work station and restaurant, and take a minute to check each other were doing ok. As soon as guests arrived at drive thru or counter the kids were back to their duties.
The young lady had to run an order out to a car, and as quick as she left, the two young gents jumped into new positions to make sure everything was running smooth until the young lady returned.
As a retired store Manager, these young people deserve to know that the job I saw them do last night was so impressive!!

Been going there every morning for years now to get a coffee and maybe a sandwich. Young lady there is rude, told me to wait which I did. Another lady ask me if I need to be served and first girl says I told him to wait. Finally comes to take my order, sandwich and senior coffee. Senior coffee is $1.77 but was $1.99 on till. I told her it was wrong, maybe get help if your new. Finally had enough and walked out. Only one lady there that day is good at her job, rest are not. Won’t be coming back.

Went there today at 10ish to get a uncle burger combo, cheese on it, no bacon, waited like 15 minutes (not that big a deal, it was made fresh in the morning, I'm not going to blame them for that) , got my stuff, but when I got home I realized that my burger had bacon but no cheese on it. Very upsetting, threw it away, but the poutine I got was good.

The food was great! We went through the drive-thru and they got the order wrong but they fixed it without argument or delay.
I went through the drive-through order the teen burger no tomato crispy, bacon medium fry. I ended up getting the tomato on my burger and the bacon was nasty half cooked. lettuce was so soggy. They overdosed it with mayo, I got no pickles and the french fries were so salty. I had to dust them with a napkin one at a time. They were so horrible. I threw it all out just could not eat it. Thanks A&W your food has gone down the drain just like everyone else’s I’ll never be back.

Awful Experience with Drive thru. We Placed an order on Drive thru for Burger and onion Rings. Server didn’t even heard our order correctly. Gave us the wrong order with Fries. So Disappointed. Awful experience.
