Brutal long wait times. Went through the drive through just to be stuck in line for longer then 20 minutes. The dumbest part is you are stuck in the line and can't leave. They just have you wait and wait. To put the cherry on top, after this ridiculously long wait we get our food and it isn't even fresh. You try and complain and they just make you wait again for another 20 minutes. This is not fast food nor is it acceptable service. Try another location if you want a&w

I love this restaurant and all A&W’s for that matter .. it’s the best bang for the buck for breakfast and probably my favourite fast food burger out there .. at this location which I visit at least once a week the food is always good .. there is a bit of a language barrier with the new staff and that gets frustrating I would also recommend better training I know it wasn’t their fault you could tell they were under trained ..see you on Sunday !

Terrible experience tonight! Food was terrible! Wait time was ridiculous! And food didn’t taste fresh considering. Went through the drive thru and was asked to park up front. I waited more than 10 minutes and when I received my food it looked and tasted like it was sitting out for ages! Yuck!

Always get the order wrong. Guy at the window trying to act slick like a salesman, it’s a burger and an apple turnover. Then on top of it all the turn over was kinda cold to be honest. Next time starving is a better option. Too bad, one always hopes for good experiences.

Convenient drive-thru when you are in a hurry. Dine-in experience is okay. Food tastes like regular A&W fare, but I particularly like ordering Root Beer in frozen mug. Dining area a bit small.

best masala veggie burger , i hope this limited time burger stays forever
Went in tonight (October 11), ordered some burgers after a long day at work. Realized that I messed my order up after the food was made. They quickly came to my rescue, even though I was 100% at fault. They made me what I was hoping for and didn’t charge me again or get upset with me. All while was on shift that evening around 8pm, you’re all amazing!

Haven’t been to an A&W for awhile. The young man at the counter was very pleasant . We ordered 2 separate teen burger meals. The first one was with onion rings which were hot and delicious the second one was with fries. The fries were lukewarm and had that old taste to them. Both teen burgers were delicious and the vegetables were nice and fresh.
