At around 11:30pm of Saturday February 20th, this one legend that seemed to be the only one working there stopped cleaning, signalled us to head to the drive thru, enthusiastically served us with a smile on his face, and was all in all the chillest guy ever. Give this guy a raise!!!

Wrong burger despite asking to make sure and was cold. Whoever made it also overdid it with the lettuce so it was more lettuce than everything else. Won't be coming back to this one. Anyone reading this, go to the one on Edmonton Trail instead.

We ordered a Kids Meal cheeseburger through the drive-thru around 11:30 on December 23. Only my husband and I ate it—none of our kids touched the burger or fries. Fast forward to December 24, both of us had diarrhea, and I was also vomiting. We were extremely miserable from Christmas Eve through Christmas Day because of that burger.

They opened a bit later on boxing day and refused to provide the full breakfast menu because they didn't want to fire up their breakfast grill. Why are you advertising all day breakfast then? Staff seemed too lazy and offered breakfast sandwiches only.

Got a coffee this morning and it tasted like warm water with cream and sugar—no coffee flavour at all. Completely watered down.👎
I had to ask the staff to wash her hands between handling cash and touching my food and coffee this morning. Perhaps two staff in the morning would suffice, one on food and one on cash If they are not going to be washing in between cash and food handling.

Dropped in for supper after doing errands and was so impressed with the 3 team members I watched Hubby and I had the pleasure of watching 3 young people that showed so much professionalism I had to go and compliment them.
The moment we approached the order counter we were greeted so well, with the young gentleman taking our order and answering our questions so efficiently.
The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, and with the downtime I watched the kids replenish what was needed, tidy the work station and restaurant, and take a minute to check each other were doing ok. As soon as guests arrived at drive thru or counter the kids were back to their duties.
The young lady had to run an order out to a car, and as quick as she left, the two young gents jumped into new positions to make sure everything was running smooth until the young lady returned.
As a retired store Manager, these young people deserve to know that the job I saw them do last night was so impressive!!

Been going there every morning for years now to get a coffee and maybe a sandwich. Young lady there is rude, told me to wait which I did. Another lady ask me if I need to be served and first girl says I told him to wait. Finally comes to take my order, sandwich and senior coffee. Senior coffee is $1.77 but was $1.99 on till. I told her it was wrong, maybe get help if your new. Finally had enough and walked out. Only one lady there that day is good at her job, rest are not. Won’t be coming back.
