The counter staff brought our orders to us when it was ready. The food has changed since I last went to A&W a few years back, not quite as I remembered it. When I asked for ice for my root beer they told me the pop dispenser makes the pop cold enough. No it does not 🤨
Staff seems disinterested at times, and disregard customers by having loud personal conversations, but they will never let you down with the quality of the food…never once had a complaint
I love this restaurant and all A&W’s for that matter .. it’s the best bang for the buck for breakfast and probably my favourite fast food burger out there .. at this location which I visit at least once a week the food is always good .. there is a bit of a language barrier with the new staff and that gets frustrating I would also recommend better training I know it wasn’t their fault you could tell they were under trained ..see you on Sunday !
