Forgot our Gravy after we specifically asked them about it , received a small macaroni and cheese ( on a hundred dollar order ) also they completely forgot our coleslaw after we were assured that all the items were in the bag ...😓😓😓 not impressed 😕

You won't regret eating here. The food, people and atmosphere are all great. My personal go to order is the smokey Southern melt. Strongly recommend!

We tried here over the weekend for the 1st time. We didn't know what to have so we tried a few bits. ½ rack of ribs, ½ pulled pork, ½ brisket, coleslaw,gravy & corn bread. Total was around $57.
The food is tasty, and good smoked flavor off the ribs. The other portions of brisket & pork were small. The ribs were not fall off the bone but tasty. I don't believe it's value for $$ or are you satisfied with your meal. Tbh I won't return. I've tried it now I'm done.

Big Ts catered our small wedding, and did not disappoint. The food was delicious, hot, and on time. We had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and chili...which isn't on their menu but they made at our request, salads and corn bread....and their gluten free cornbread was the best they had ever had. Thank you.

Apparently, I'm not allowed to get my kid a happy meal then walk over here and dine in. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got the Benedict with brisket. I wasn't expecting much but WOW, I feel like I died and went to heaven. I'll be going back more often than my wallet would like for that dish again, so good. The Mac and cheese is a bit bland, that would be my only complaint. Service was really great as well, the man working the front counter was so accommodating and nice. Overall worth a visit!

Went to do a pick up for some brisket. I got 3 or 4 lbs and it was amazing. Theyre BBQ sauce that comes with it is amazing as well.

I did call to pre order. But they said for a few lbs I didn't need to.

I need to go back and try the rest of the menu.
Not sure if I need a smoker at home. Theses guys are very convient and prices reasonable.
If I wanted to attempt making it myself. Besides the experience the equipment and the time. This is a better value for me.

Ordered a Smoked Turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner and highly recommend. We selected a cold turkey and reheated it for dinner. What a great option. Turkey was juicy, tasty and compliments abounded. Will do this again. Thank you to the staff for their reheating tips. 5 ⭐

I just had the brisket sandwich and fries. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent.

The atmosphere is very good with some mellow background music.

One thing that I look to is how clean are the washrooms. It’s a reflection on how attentive the owner and staff are to their business. It was spotless and very clean.

The food portion sizes are very good too. I was hungry and couldn’t quite finish all the fries.

We had Big T deliver to a wedding event just outside of Airdrie. Food arrived on time & the employee made sure everything was set up & that we were satisfied before he left. Arranging catering was easy from the start. We requested the meats to be in separate trays & they met every request. All our guests enjoyed the food, not one negative review.

The Brisket is a hit or miss. Some days they are very tender, some day’s they are tough.

The Ribs, i tried for the first time and they are super tough. The ends are burnt which makes them hard to bite. Super disappointed.

I’m not sure about the other locations but I think this location can make their ribs more fall off the bone.

Server was okay. Didn’t really have a welcoming personality.
