Hey, I just wanna commend your employees working tonight Wednesday on June 18. Such a nice gal lost her voice was really kind. Let me count on my change and you know she’s just overall so friendly and I just wanna leave a review just for her so I usually have a really great time here at booster Juice and I never have a problem so there’s that too thank you. I hope she gets a raise.

The smoothies are delicious and made from fresh ingredients, but the wait time was quite long compared to other locations… around 15 minutes for two small smoothies and a grilled sandwich. It felt a bit excessive, especially since I observed other customers being served more quickly and efficiently. The menu is also a bit far from the cashier, making it inconvenient to see the product names. I found the cashier's attitude to be less friendly and welcoming than I would have hoped. A warmer, more attentive approach would greatly improve the atmosphere and make customers feel more valued. Please acknowledge your customers more by letting them know you’d need some time, and you’ll see a great difference.

Came at 8:30pm today for fresh juice, Arianna told me she has to clean the machine so she won’t sell it. They close at 9 but stop selling half hour early, visit other locations.

The girl behind the counter seamed too busy to care about us. Although she made good smoothies, the bill came to $9 something, gave a $20 and only got $9 something back. Either mistook the sale for the change or , well, I am ashamed I didn't count my change there!:(

I recently visited and was quite disappointed with the service. The attendant, Michelle, was multitasking while attending to me, which led her to forget to unlock my loyalty points. When I pointed out the issue, she apologized, but it was done with an attitude that made me feel dismissed. She even mentioned that it was “just 8 points,” implying it wasn’t worth addressing.

As a loyal customer, I expect better service and attention, regardless of the issue’s size. It’s frustrating when customer concerns are brushed off, especially when the resolution seems straightforward. I hope the management can look into this and ensure better customer service in the future.

I asked if I could get two orange juices and the lady with green hair and braids was not very excited and said “you know it will take a long time” which I said that’s okay, I’ll wait; her other co-worker came along and they gave each other a look and did not look very excited.
If you don’t like doing them and it is time consuming then maybe you should not offer that on your menu.

Once they finished and gave it to me I said thank you and she did not even look at me! Rude employees
