Booster Juice

Says closed at 9pm and 840 rolls around and nope. Got to the place for the employees to be walking out pretty early. Just so we are aware that is both booster juices in Airdrie. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don’t bother ordering from here delivery. This is my Uber Eats order. An entire missing item (strawberry storm smoothie) and this is what they call an açai bowl.. it’s super watery, all the bananas were just thrown into it at once so a giant clump of bananas and it just tastes like a green powder you’d buy from the store.. highly disappointed.

just came into airdrie on our road trip place was clean neat bathroom was tidy and not a complete mess tyson and casey absolutely made my girlfriend and i’s night drink were 10/10

I had the most incredible smoothie and experience at this location. Ava K made me the most delicious smoothie and after chatting with her there I will be returning. Only thing that detracted from my experience was the other customer who was obviously having a bad day and chose to take it out on Ava.

So I'm On Vacation With My Mother, Ans Coming Out Of The Store I Spilled My Smoothie By BUMPING INTO A Car, So I Go Back Into The Store, Explain The Situation, And The Girl Remakes The Smoothie For Me On her, (I Did However Get Another Smoothie And Paid For That One, But Still).

I seriously can’t get over the decline in her service. Ava K was serving me today and she had an attitude the entire time. She corrected my language on 2 different occasions making me feel stupid. If you’re so miserable you should take a break or go home. I waited 6 mins to be served while no one else was in the store and I was first in line. Not happy

Hey, I just wanna commend your employees working tonight Wednesday on June 18. Such a nice gal lost her voice was really kind. Let me count on my change and you know she’s just overall so friendly and I just wanna leave a review just for her so I usually have a really great time here at booster Juice and I never have a problem so there’s that too thank you. I hope she gets a raise.

The smoothies are delicious and made from fresh ingredients, but the wait time was quite long compared to other locations… around 15 minutes for two small smoothies and a grilled sandwich. It felt a bit excessive, especially since I observed other customers being served more quickly and efficiently. The menu is also a bit far from the cashier, making it inconvenient to see the product names. I found the cashier's attitude to be less friendly and welcoming than I would have hoped. A warmer, more attentive approach would greatly improve the atmosphere and make customers feel more valued. Please acknowledge your customers more by letting them know you’d need some time, and you’ll see a great difference.

Juicer has been broken for more than 2 weeks and they never have oranges. Shitty service will never be returning here.

Came at 8:30pm today for fresh juice, Arianna told me she has to clean the machine so she won’t sell it. They close at 9 but stop selling half hour early, visit other locations.

Came in today looking to try something new, Tyson hooked me up with a banger of a custom smoothie! If he's in, ask for his special, you won't regret it

The girl behind the counter seamed too busy to care about us. Although she made good smoothies, the bill came to $9 something, gave a $20 and only got $9 something back. Either mistook the sale for the change or , well, I am ashamed I didn't count my change there!:(
We'll go again but I'll be more careful 🧐
