Absolutely the worst service and management I have ever had to deal with. Telling people half hour wait when servers standing around, nobody else waiting for tables but lots of empty ones they just didn’t want to clean. I will not be back nor will I ever recommend anyone spend a dime there. I will drive extra distance to Calgary. We were treated like we were unreasonable for not wanting to wait for half an hour for a table and a big imposition on their gossip chatter and standing around doing nothing.

Strong smell of raw onion at one point and was not from table nearby and kitchen was at other end so not sure where it originated but was a bit off putting. Service definitely needs improvement as the waitress did not come back to table to take our order for quite a while. Same when we were trying to get our bill

Love coming to Airdrie’s Boston Pizza. Food is always delicious and the service that we get from Rene is amazing. She always greets us with a big smile and knows just what we want. Highly recommend this location

Not a bad place to order from most times but the last time I ordered and now this time I’m missing stuff for my meal I paid for, paid and charged for 3 extra meat balls with the spaghetti meal didn’t get it, didn’t get the garlic toast. Last time I ordered paid for the garlic cheese bread extra piece that comes with the meal and didn’t get that, maybe you guys should take your time and double check the order before u send it out, I’m not worried and don’t care about u come back to drop of garlic bread or meatballs but do ur jobs at least and check that the orders are correct

Our waitress was fabulous. The kitchen was extremely slow, waitress did well to cover for the kitchen. It is shame tips are split with the kitchen when they are so incompetent
The food tasted like it came out from a frozen bag and was not thoroughly heated. We got the food very fast because it was not busy, but I wish they took more time to heat the food. The waitress did not check on us once to ask how is the food. I can not wait until all of your wait staff get replaced by the friendly service robot.

Amazing food experience! This was my second time to Japonais Bistro and must say the food quality and service is consistent.
First time I was with my wife, and this time I had to share Japonais Bistro with my best friend from Mexico who loves sushi 🍣.
I also got lucky and even had the same awesome waiter Jordan. His dish suggestions were again on point, and great selections !
Thanks so much to Jordan and th fine sushi 🍣 chefs doing an amazing job and giving us those amazing mouth feels !

Appetizer cold came with meals, no cutlery, asked for no tomatoes on a burger no drinks till after meals came never refilled a single drink… zero care zero attention to customer service wont come back. Cant give a lower star than zero.
