Review Edited: what is going on with their H-Vac? It’s so flipping cold in there. After they close do they use the restaurant to hang meat because serious we leave with hyperthermia. Doesn’t matter where we eat cold air is blowing on us. It’s winter in Canada bro SHUT OFF THE AIR-CONDITIONING. We shouldn’t be sitting inside with our winter jackets on. 1/2 of the restaurant is like this. It’s a waist of hard earned money to go there just to freeze. I can do that for free and get fresh air doing so. I definitely won’t be rushing back.

When I wait an extended period for my food to arrive at the table I expect it to be fresh and hot not dried out from being under the heat lamp. 40 minute wait and nobody in our party of four had anything fresh on their plate. This isn't the first time either.. I know its my fault for giving them a second chance. Maybe instead of the overpriced robot server gimmick get some decent kitchen staff? If you are in the area try Brewsters, Old Town or make the 5 minute drive to State & Main.

We visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy a nice family dinner, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, one of the tacos contained seemed uncooked chicken strips. When we brought this to the server’s attention, the dish was taken back, but the replacement was simply kids’ meal chicken strips cut in half, which did not feel like an appropriate substitute. In addition to this, our order and final bill were both incorrect, requiring further clarification. To top it off, after noticing a smaller tip, the server made a comment saying “someone will get a tax write-off,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially given the multiple issues we experienced.
We came in looking forward to a pleasant family meal and left feeling quite disappointed

I was recently there and the food was amazing and I accidentally broke a glass and cut my hand and they were very concerned an made sure I was ok and provided me with a lot of bandaids and napkins very nice people and food.
