Delicious bubble tea, and the freshest boba I’ve had outside of Calgary. Real passionfruit syrup is a family favourite for us, and a go-to-treat for me.
It was my 13 order to them.I tried the halo halo as it is Filipino dessert I love but the grumpy lady put only jellies? This is not a halo halo? Misleading menu. It was our first time to be treated like this. seems like she's not happy of what she's doing.
I absolutely love this place, I order from them all the time. Their halo halo is the best I've ever had and I will continue to order with them. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to fix the issue I will continue to order from them and I will recommend them to everyone I know 10/10 from

Delicious bubble tea! Lots of flavors to choose from.They even have the halo halo flavored bubble tea! Try it and u wont get disappointed!Also they give u a deal if u order in bulk. Ask them for more info!

My wife went there to get our daughter and herself a bubble tea. The manager stated to my wife that there was a deal today of buy one get one 1/2 off, which my wife instantly jumped at. My wife then clearly explained her order and the manager rang it up. My wife also shared twice no fruit on her smoothie. After struggling with the cash machine the manager then grabbed the calculator and tried to figure out cost on the calculator. Finally the manager came up with a sum and my wife paid. My wife ran next door while they made the teas. My daughter (13) stayed. The bubble teas were ready and the manager wouldn't let my daughter leave with the bubble teas because she said my wife owed 2 more dollars. Our daughter then messaged my wife to come pay the 2 dollars because they arent releasing the teas. This is beyond brutal!! My daughter is 13...this made her feel so uncomfortable. She made a mistake of 2$ while punching it up, when she couldn't figure out the cash register, then she screwed up on the calculator. Regardless how dare she not let my daughter leave with the bubble teas. In addition my wifes smoothly had fruit on it. We will find a different establishment to purchase from in the future!We used to go here frequently but that has officially ended after today's poor customer service.Worst part is, my is pretty confident she is the manager/ owner.Visit occurred Monday Nov 13th at 315pm.
