Esther is the best ever! She is always working when my family and I go for a burger. She is so sweet and hard working, she deserves a raise and promotion for her dedication and service. The food is always delicious and quick. Our favourite burger spot!!!
I’ve had enough of Burger King after my latest experience.
After we placed our order, the cashier casually informed us that there was no Whoppers available in the entire restaurant.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we’ve been here before and the food has always been mediocre at best.
The cashier couldn’t even figure out how to process a refund, and none of the staff spoke English, which made communication nearly impossible. It’s clear that this location is poorly managed and just not worth the hassle anymore. I won’t be coming back.

I use to love going to this location. Their customer service used to be good. But now this is the worst place you can ever go to get lunch/dinner from. Whether you order from doordash/Uber/skip or go their yourself, your bound to get your order wrong and no remorse from the staff. We stopped here to get some lunch. We went through the drivethru, we ordered kids meals. When my husband and I are deciding what to order the staff is NOT allowing us to order as she rushing us by keep asking "anything else" we like. I tried to order spicy nuggets that they have on their website and she keeps telling me it's not on the menu and rushing out of the line. Note there's no one behind us waiting. We got so frustrated that my husband and I didn't bother to order anything for ourselves and just went to pay for other kids meal that we ordered. I won't go back to place whenever I can avoid and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for two whopper meals. It’s not like they even had to drop chicken. Ridiculous!! Then my burger was wrong anyways. They added stuff asked to be taken off and excluded stuff that should’ve been on it. Get more staff or close your drive thru if you can’t handle the volume

The staff was absolutely amazing. As transport drivers, we are lucky to be appreciated, but tonight, we stopped in for some food, and the door was locked, but the drive thru was open. The young man opened the door to let us know that we would have to go into the drive thru. We showed him our bobtail tractor, and it would be very difficult to maneuver. He told us to come in, and they served us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we won't forget how you helped us.
I have never seen anything so disorganized in my entire life. Not one person in this place has ANY Idea what they are doing.
When I walked in the restaurant it was a crowd of angry people wondering what’s taking so long for their orders, people sitting in their cars outside waiting for their orders they put through drive-through, and it took over 25 minutes for them to prepare two meal combos which were ordered online and supposed to be ready before I even got there.
DO NOT waste your time and money at this place, complete chaos.
