Went inside their store to pickup delivery order. First the staff gave me only half of the order and then when I came back in to pick up the rest of the order, other staff member started shouting at me for walking on the mopped floor. I think they expected me to fly over the floor!

In a world where fast food is declining, I love this Burger King. It always has really nice people working there and my food was so fresh yesterday. I have had burgers from McDonalds in Airdrie that dont taste like Mc Ds anymore, but the chicken sandwich I got yesterday was the same one I ordered from Burger King as a kid. Thank you

We order food from here from time to time as my wife and kids really enjoy the food .. I can’t complain with the food as it is a fast food restaurant.. the servers are nice but I would say management should focus a little more on training the restaurant seems clean when we ate in there all and all not too bad

The Dragon whopper burger was not that good… my burger was cold, and the bun got really soggy and I couldn’t eat the rest of it. Also the meal didn’t come with everything that was advertised on the commercial… you have to buy everything separately…. That’s why I am giving a 1 star…

Huge wait with hardly anyone in the store, pop machine was down so only Milkshakes were available at full price. No discount for the inconvenience. Food came 25 minutes later sitting in the restaurant with our drinks missing and the burgers cold. Also I have been there a few times and the little old Asian lady is hard to understand and cuts you off when trying to order. I really like Burger King but hell no to that location! Do better!

Every single time I go, I always have to wait out front for them to bring me my food. I only ever get whoppers and even tho there is no one behind me in drive through, they still want me to wait out front.
By the time I park, they're coming out with my food. I don't know if they get a bonus for speedy times at the window, but that's cheating 😂
Edited from 3 to 1 star, went at 930 (they close at 10) and ordered 2 double whopper meals. Got to the window and they told me they could only do 1 double and 1 single because they only have 3 patties ready and they close in 30 minutes. Okay? So you can’t put another one on? Am I the last customer that can order a whopper? You’re technically open for another 30 minutes so you should have more food ready, and I shouldn’t have to downsize my order to accommodate you. I doubt I will ever go back to this location.
