New to Airdrie and thought we would order from Chicago deep dish pizza. We had #27 & # 29, it was very delicious, staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We would definitely order from them again. Order #4065
So very true story - I walked into cottage yesterday, and there was nobody at the counter...I called out a few times and nobody came so I left (this has happened a few times, I'm guessing they only pay attention to weekday lunch and serve the high school from across the street crowd) ...but I still had my pizza craving (I do not eat pizza often) but had seen a pizza place previously up the street so decided to try there for a slice...This was my first time at Chicago Deep...
Pizza is decent but both times I’ve been there recently, I’ve encountered terrible customer service from the same man and woman. No hello, no goodbye, barely acknowledging. Just abysmal. Why would I continue to go there if that’s how customers are treated.
