Do not recommend and management is a joke. Ordered on uber eats tonight was delivered and was missing 2 rice and 2 beans for our meals. I called and spoke to a staff member who stated she could remake the meals and I could pick it up. Upon driving all the way there to pick up the meals and give back the old now COLD meals I was told by the staff that she called her manager after she spoke with me and told me that he only approved her to replace the missing items and not the full meals. I was immediately angry as I drove all the way now with the meals cold to be told I am only going to have rice and beans replaced. I said that was her error stating that she would replace it before speaking to her manager and now after driving I’m left with three total meals that are fully cold and another 10 minutes to drive home. She said to submit it to uber I said you agreed to replace it that’s why I drove here and now you are saying you won’t. I showed her uber only offered 2 dollsrs for 4 items missing which is absurd! I asked her to call her manager back so I could speak to him. She did however he refused to speak to me - still refused to remake the meals and then she proceeded to hand me their email address. I am beyond pissed off. What a waste of my time and money. I was so excited that Chronic Tacos had reopened and regularly purchase in store and online however this is NOT the first time this has happened with uber orders however I have given grace in the past situations as it was usually just toppings on tacos missing or a side sauce not full parts of the taco meal! I will never ever return. Management is absurd and should do the right thing when their staff screw up! It’s not rocket science!

Food was ok. Friendly and helpful staff when I was there but I'm not paying $28 with tip for a small bowl of fast food and one drink. This is not what Mexican food is all a about, where most of your money goes to pay of their large new building rental. I was the only person there at the time. And by the way why does coke in the glass bottle tasted like sweet chlorinated water. It was awful.

Taco deal...not so much. Minimal amount of ground beef that looked grey. Maybe 2 tblsp. Just not a fair deal for $14.99 2nd order was Carnitas tacos, 2 pcs. Again maybe 2tblsp meat. Super salty. Yuck. Absolutely zero good about them. Our total bill was $37ish. Just not worth it and will never be back. Weird server. Not genuine at all. Music was inappropriate for a Mexican theme.

Was decent, basically just another taco restaurant. Friendly staff and decently priced. Nothing amazing about it but would go back.
So I thought Chronic Tacos had permanently closed since all Calgary locations are no longer. To my surprise, the Airdrie location had reopened and I stopped in to get a bowl for my wife. I struggle reading digital sign boards due to a serious head injury and the special lenses on my glasses which distort these menu signs. That ended up not being an issue as a wonderful young lady named Alexis helped me navigate what the options were, worked around my wife’s avocado and pineapple allergies, and helped make the perfect bowl to bring back home for her dinner.
Alexis was super fun and friendly, and a great reminder that there still are some amazing young people out there in the service industry. She’s a fantastic representative on the Airdrie Chronic Tacos brand! Ps, My wife loved her bowl and next time we’re out that way, we’ll definitely stop in!!

Had delivered and when that I had ordered twice I tried within two minutes of ordering I tried to cancel or fix my request and was told that it would still cost me $30.00 anyhow. Will not order from Chronic Taco again and am thinking about using Uber again. Too bad that they have to steal money from you to survive!!

Giving 2 stars because the service was actually really nice and quick, otherwise it would be 0. The food was god awful. Idk if its because of a poor quality ingredients but I was only able to eat 1/3 of my quesadilla because it was DRIPPING in grease. Wayyyyy too much cheese and way too much grease from it. The pork carnitas was pale grey color and full of fat..Bar Burrito's version is 10 times better.
