EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a 12 cookies box around 12:30-1:00pm. I placed the order beforehand because i have a newborn and can’t wait for long. Pickup time was 1:50-2:30 pm. I arrived at the store around 2:30. I was standing there for almost 20 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged. I even waved at a boy who was so busy doing his work that he didn’t even turn or responded. While i am standing there.. people are coming .. getting their orders placed on the counter and receiving them right away. The blond girl on the pick up counter keeps preparing and handing out their orders. Finally when another boy cane in from back and then i asked him can somebody at-least ask me why i am standing there. Then they ask my name and to my surprise my order was not even prepared. They started packing my order and didn’t even cared to show me the cookies. There was not a single apology from anyone there. P.s :- Store was not that busy that you can ignore any customer. I am not going back to this store ever!

I visited this establishment after learning about it through TikTok. The service was exceptional, offering the option to order at the front counter through a cashier or on the side via a tablet. The cookies were of excellent quality and flavour, and I appreciate the weekly flavour changes.
I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return.
