Order 2 chicken strip baskets with fries. End up getting one with onion rings. Figured maybe they didn’t hear me correct. But receipt stays both with fries. No answer when you call to try and come back and get the right order.

Got diarrhea from a Reece blizzard damn but u can get the other flavors. But they they give u expired Reece pieces.
I asked for a lid, and they tried to charge me 25 cents after I’d already paid for my order. They said this started two months ago, but have failed to advertise it anywhere.
I ordered my banana spread so bad only 1 strawberry nothing else and a banana ice cream I spend 12 dollars very bad expensive
I just asked for the Blizzard lid the boy there asked the cashier to charge 50 cents , he said they are charging etc for the lids , seriously? Since when I asked the girl since when you guys charging for the lids she said he just said now even she doesn’t know about it , The boys really needs to learn about customer service and his tone was so rude even I am regular customer and no one charged me for the lids till now as I wanted to take it out the left over
Doors closed at 9:45 instead of 10pm.
We got Orange Julius it was cheap and delicious and they gave us a free Sunday:)
Staff are very friendly here. Always go to this location because of the service. They have good portions and everything we've had has been very tasty

I give up. If you eat in, it’s consistently 25-30 min wait for a small to medium sized order (I.e. chicken wrap and chicken strip basket). People started leaving with refunds because their lunch breaks were over. Yikes.
