Got diarrhea from a Reece blizzard damn but u can get the other flavors. But they they give u expired Reece pieces.

I asked for a lid, and they tried to charge me 25 cents after I’d already paid for my order. They said this started two months ago, but have failed to advertise it anywhere.

I ordered my banana spread so bad only 1 strawberry nothing else and a banana ice cream I spend 12 dollars very bad expensive

I just asked for the Blizzard lid the boy there asked the cashier to charge 50 cents , he said they are charging etc for the lids , seriously? Since when I asked the girl since when you guys charging for the lids she said he just said now even she doesn’t know about it , The boys really needs to learn about customer service and his tone was so rude even I am regular customer and no one charged me for the lids till now as I wanted to take it out the left over

Doors closed at 9:45 instead of 10pm.

We got Orange Julius it was cheap and delicious and they gave us a free Sunday:)

Staff are very friendly here. Always go to this location because of the service. They have good portions and everything we've had has been very tasty

I give up. If you eat in, it’s consistently 25-30 min wait for a small to medium sized order (I.e. chicken wrap and chicken strip basket). People started leaving with refunds because their lunch breaks were over. Yikes.

I was disappointed that I had extra charge on my blizzard that I've ordered for years choc coverd strawberry charged extra for chocolate. It's just not right to pull the shinnanigans they are good way to loose customers

Have been to two of the three DQs in Airdrie. Ordered the same thing. Georgia Mudfudge Blizzard they both charge 3 extra toppings because it’s not on “their” menu. I’ve never had any issues at any other DQ in Calgary. I got two soup blizzards, no wonder they don’t flip them over. They put too much air in their ice cream to raise profit but they’re charging crazy amounts for a subpar product. We just moved here from Calgary and wer’e huge DQ fans. We’ll either be making the drive to Calgary or getting a Ben & Jerry’s! I wanna say don’t your time or money but the place has never been busy the handful of times we’ve tried it…. So don’t waste your money!

I enjoy Dairy Queen milkshakes however they no longer have straws that allow you to actually drink them… they now only have thinner paper straws so you’re unable to actually suck the milkshake up the straw… please bring back bigger sized straws so we can actually enjoy the items offered on your menu.
