I had a terribly disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The workers seemed utterly clueless and unhelpful, unable to assist with even the simplest tasks like redeeming a coupon on their own app. To make matters worse, they managed to double charge me for my order, leaving me frustrated. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment until management steps in and delivers more training.

Honestly disappointing. My blizzard was not mixed well, my fries did not taste salted, and I ordered normal chicken strips and got some kind of soggy BBQ chicken strips. Also why are they so small?! Those are actually finger sized! Like the fires might start being bigger soon! Staff barely talk when ordering and aren't double checking orders or food quality.

We have tried to order diary queen on skip the dishes and apparently after 7pm you can't. That's ridiculous. We've tried so many times and any time after 7 you can't order from skip. Please extend your skip the dishes hours for dairy queen as you are losing out on tons of business

They mix only upper half of cup with flavours of all blizzard , the bottom of cup is just plain white cream…i tried at other two locations in airdrie, they do well by mixing whole cup equally..If any one from store is reading this review..please do correct this…because we pay full for the blizzards and you only mix top half
Ordered a #8 combo and my burger was clearly microwaved as the bun was soggy and wet. My drink was not even 3/4 full. What am i paying for here? Very disappointing and I definitely will not be returning.

I'm wondering why no one is answering the phone or calling back when leaving a voice mail? When I asked if I can have my dad's birthday icecream cake no one was calling me back until finally on the 3rd call and they know exactly which message it was so they check the voice mail but didn't get a call back and now it's happening again been calling since yesterday and today left a message but no one is calling me back :(
