The 6$ meal deal at all DQ I have been to isn't $6 at this location also I ordered a parfait without peanuts as my wife is allergic and was made to pay extra for a different topping, never have I been told I need to pay extra for an allergy, go to any other DQ in Airdire than this one.

The drive-thru person was also very rude and slow, scoffed at me cause I wanted to scan my app to collect the points.

Wanted a royal oreo blizzard and paid for it but got a regular blizzard… I only ordered 2 things and it wasnt busy, so I was really disappointed by this.

I swear they calibrated their blizzard machine within the last week and the product isn't melting as they hand it to you now, it actually keeps till you get home now and isn't making a drippy mess.

The calibration alone earns the 5 stars, keep it cool!!! 😎

This is. Regular DQ appears a bit smaller inside had to go inside after they messed up my food order from the drive thru. The staff inside did correct it as I had to wait longer of course. Then I later found out that they still messed up the order by providing the wrong sauces. Lol all I am saying is check you order before you drive away lol.

called multiple times to put in a cake order, as well as left voicemails. when i arrived to pick up the cake six hours later they were completely unaware of my multiple missed calls and voicemails. when i arrived to a empty store with three individuals working i was told the store was probably busy, the workers seemed annoyed with my presence and i was offered absolutely no customer service.

This location sucks for their ice cream. Just got an Oreo blizzard and it's not mixed well enough or doesn't have enough toppings because the bottom half of the cup was plain ice cream. Also got a hot fudge sundae and barely had any hot fudge on it, so I mentioned it to the person in drive thru and it looks like they added more fudge but when I got home, again it's mostly ice cream. I paid $15 bucks for soft serve vanilla ice cream in fancy cups with fancy names.

Love their ice cream products.
$9.50 for 2 small dipped cones is getting pricey, so we go less often - good for the waist line.

Stopped at this DQ for lunch on the way to Calgary just after they opened. First thing I noticed was no paper towel in the men’s washroom. I found that odd that no one would check on that before they closed the night before or before they opened in the morning. Meal seemed ok except for their soda machine. I tried the root beer first and it was flavorless. Pretty much soda water. Tried the 7-up next and noticed a fair amount of black particles in my cup. I brought it to the attention of our server and she said she would bring me another one from the takeout dispenser. Obviously it was tied into the same system as there were black particles in my cup again. Didn’t seem like they were concerned about it as they didn’t put a note on the machine/ take the 7-up out of service. Is there a manager here for the staff to go to or at the very least a checklist for the staff to go through to make sure they’re ready for day to day operations? Do people care here or just not motivated? Won’t be back.

Have tried to order a Georgia Mudfudge Blizzard at this location and one other in Airdrie. They charge extra because they don’t have it on “their” menu. Charge you for a blizzard and 3 toppings. Crazy! Blizzard is a complete disaster. They put way too much air in their ice cream (ice cream soup)so naturally it doesn’t freeze (all to save a few cents) when asked for a lid they scrapped the tip off into the garbage. Imagine this cost you $25. If you really have that ice cream craving better off driving into Calgary or getting a Ben & Jerry’s!

I normally don't order DQ at this location and I'm glad I don't. A few days ago I ordered food through the drive thru and it was so gross. The onion rings were awful, soggy, cold and just plain gross. The other DQ locations are much better. I won't come back to this one as I never experienced bad food at the other Airdrie locations.
