Just went there, paid extra for extra oreo in a mini blizzard, I let the cashier know I like it chunky and not to mix it alot. She gave it to me and literally found 5 chunks in the whole blizzard. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!! Puts a bad taste in my mouth of this location. Was super quiet so being in a rush is not an excuse. Question all your orders if you go here. I won't be back.

Delicious food, and one of the only Dairy Queen’s in Alberta that does the buffalo sauce correctly! Most other places that I’ve been to give some weird Sriracha type sauce for buffalo.

I went in to grab a cake for my husband on the weekend and there was only 1 in the fridge that I didn’t like the colours. I went to the counter to ask if they had anything else and they were able to get me a log cake and decorated it for me on the spot. I was so impressed with the service and kindness by the employees. They were amazing. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Normally, I have a good experience here. However, today, I just paid 30.45 for 3 $7 meal deals. Got home and realized I have no receipt to make a complaint and tried to contact you through contact us, which booted me out before I finished writing out my info. Perhaps not all computer services are good to rely on. To me, that's terrible customer service and should not be the only way to contact a store or manager to discuss any matters.Just won't come back ! Enjoy the $11 extra I paid ! It will be the last time I let you steal from me.Clear till amounts and totals are essential to good customer service. You may wish to upgrade tills to show amounts in full. The second set of eyes can eliminate a till error prior to the completion of the transaction.

Got peanut buster partfeits. Extra nuts are $1.50 per layer, which seems a bit ridiculous for peanuts! I wouldn't say this is a full container.l either so the lid is basically pointless. It's really not worth the $7.50

I have been to this place multiple times before with no issues, and normally the staff are pretty friendly, but today that was different. When I walked in, I was greated by someome who obviously didn't want to be there and was adament on making that everyone elses problem. While I was trying to order the staff member was argumentative over me using a perfectly valid coupon, then proceeded to roll thier eyes when I informed them that they didn't apply my coupon correctly. After some back and forth they finally scanned my coupon, which worked and reflected the correct price, but by that point I was fed up. I walked right out without my food and will not be returning. It's a shame how terrible this place has become, but luckily there are at least 10 other food options in this Plaza that will happily take my money without any of the attitude.
