Went for a Reese Blizzard at the drive through and man it didn't disappoint! Tasted just as delicious as I first time I remember ever trying it. I thought it was so cool that they still tip it upside down as their signature mark! ♡♡♡

Blizzard quality at this location has gone downhill and fast! The past couple times we got blizzards from this location they were very soft and starting to melt right away after doing. On our last visit, it was somehow even worse. Within 5 minutes at 20C (in AC) we were left with a mess of melted blizzard soups. We had to put them in our freezer to even have any resemblance of an ice cream to eat.

We needed a specialty birthday cake, and I didn't know it had to be ordered a day ahead. The ladies at this Dairy Queen went above and beyond and rushed to have my sons cake done in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, the store was spotless and above all they created an AMAZING birthday cake on short notice and saved my son's birthday!! Thank you Virginia for your Incredible cake decorating skills. You are an artist!!!

I’m sure they got their straws off Temu.

Recent issues with their straws have been incredibly frustrating. On multiple occasions, including my most recent visit, the straws provided were completely faulty, making it impossible to sip drinks. Despite asking for replacements, the same problem persisted, leaving me unable to enjoy my drink.

The staff was polite and offered to remake my drink but wouldn’t acknowledge the faulty straws. I returned my order and asked for a refund.

I won’t be returning unless this issue is fixed.

Accidentally placed a mobile order here when it was suppose to be for Didsbury. First they couldn’t help me at all and then they followed to tell me they would just refund me. To this day I still have yet to get a refund from them and I never even got this order so it was $35 for ice cream that never even got picked up nor made cause I did call them and let them know I couldn’t come to Airdrie.
Hoping they will catch your attention as I still am waiting for this refund to this day. Thank you.

Food is always hot and fresh and delivered to your table. Cashiers always super nice. Usually pretty quiet. Ice cream is definitely a must at DQ 😊

Customer service is pretty bad at this location.

Just went there, paid extra for extra oreo in a mini blizzard, I let the cashier know I like it chunky and not to mix it alot. She gave it to me and literally found 5 chunks in the whole blizzard. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!! Puts a bad taste in my mouth of this location. Was super quiet so being in a rush is not an excuse. Question all your orders if you go here. I won't be back.

Only came for some ice cream. Great as always and my son and I loved it. The only thing is that this location had a weird atmosphere and the cashiers need to work on customer service, otherwise very nice people.
