We often order from dominos and it’s the same order every time. This time we ordered for delivery and unfortunately it was a wrong order. We checked all of our order and only our pasta wasn’t made right, so we considered it a genuine mistake and called the store. We explained how we asked for extra toppings and even it’s a different sauce, so if they can prepare new one for us (preferably delivery). But to our surprise they said there was no mistake and can’t do anything. It was so disrespectful that they hung up on us as if we were lying. Then we had to take it back to store to show them which wasted our time and money( Not a single apology).We understand thing happen but this is not the right way to treat customers. Most unpleasant experience ever!!
