I MISSED OUT ON THIS PLACE FOR A YEAR BC I DIDN’T KNOW IT WAS HERE!!! Everyone was hyped up and lined up around the block for Crumble Cookie in Airdrie, I’d go here Anyday! I had these in Quebec! This is the ONLY Franchisee in Western Canada! I’m Happy they decided to put it in Airdrie! Now Every Family get together, We’ll be Ordering boxes of 50!!!!
I don’t know why this place doesn’t advertise!!! They have been here a whole year before I knew this place existed!!! These Dough Bits could become very problematic….. they are phenomenal!!! They have Milkshakes, and the little Dollar Pancakes and then they put all of that gooey goodness on those too!!! Good assortment of things if you’re looking for a good dessert! If you’re Depressed? This is the spot to go! It will Definitely Cheer you up! Soooooo YUMMY!!!
The doughbits themselves are delicious, however customer service is definitely an area for improvement. Empty restaurant but no greeting, feeling of being rushed while waiting for TVs to refresh the menu to show flavours, unwilling to split a larger portion into smaller boxes while retaining the 3 flavours (30 bits is 3 flavours, advised they will only split into two boxes with 2 flavours). Definitely better than a box of Timbits, but for $20 for doughnut balls, service could...
