We ordered through Skip the dishes at this location. When it arrived, it had been packed so poorly that the sauce had leaked all over the bag. We went to the Sierra Springs location and they helped us out with new sauce, bag and an assurance they will call the original location. When we went to eat, the gyoza was charred something fierce and one of the yam rolls was yam on the top and beef on the bottom. This was for someone who is vegetarian, so it's a good thing we caught it. Make the trek to Sierra Springs Edo, where they know how to take care of a customer and know what they're doing.

Okay so I love Edo and I get food from various locations all the time HOWEVER this particular location (Veteran’s Blvd) has got to be the worst one BY FAR! I will on purpose go out of my way to get my Edo from the Sierra Springs location in Airdrie. This location is really cheap on their portion sizes and they always skip on the sauces even when I pay for the sauce! I think putting more effort into customer service and actually being consistent with other Edo locations would really help! Edo is great but this restaurant is ripping off its customers…
