Very clean establishment. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Food is reasonable. Prices are slightly on the high side for the style of service. A great place to sit with friends and enjoy some laughs. Comfortable environment.

They really need to learn how to wrap it properly with a lettuce wrap. We eat it at least once a week this was the worst wrapped and when given the response that you're only allotted a certain amount of lettuce and the patty so big that's ridiculous It's a $27 Burger you can spare the bit of lettuce since I'm no longer getting it on the burger. We know this is location specific as we eat at many.

Oh my gosh this place is insanely good. My 110 years old landlady had an amazing time as well. She said the burger was in deed juicy. Don’t get me started on the French fries, they were fresh and light and crispy ( you could tell the oil was brand new).

The drinks are bottomless too guys. I’m from Ontario and I’ve had a lot of burgers but this one just went up my chart.

Shout out to “Hope” the waitress who crowned it all with my refills.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are a well oiled machine and function well as a team. The food was perfectly prepared.

Good customer service. Idk how this place has 4.6 stars its over priced, fries are not that great, burger is mediocre, not big and juicy

Been here a few times now (usually quite late at night) and they are always incredibly quick and very accommodating. Absolutely outstanding customer service that makes you feel like you're more in a nice sit down restaurant than fast food. The food itself is great. Definitely a little expensive but mostly worth the price.

Visited Fatburger for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The environment is nice and welcoming, perfect for families. Prices are on the higher side, but still reasonable — we got the King Burger and Bacon & Cheddar Burger meals, and thanks to the Tuesday kids-eat-free deal, we also got two kids’ meals for free, with a total of just $46.60 including tax and tip.

The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by their wide selection beyond burgers, including wings, poutine, chicken sandwiches, and milkshakes. My kid tried the strawberry milkshake with whipped cream, and it was absolutely amazing!

Overall, a great spot for delicious food, excellent service, and a fun family outing.

Great food but not so great customer service. I ordered a gravy with my meal. When the food arrived and our gravy did not we politely mentioned that we were just missing the gravy. The server begrudgingly brought us our gravy and told us that we didn't order gravy. We had no problem going to pay for it which we did but it was handled very poorly by the cashier. Sad to see that customers don't have any importance. Sad that they are willing to lose a customer over 1.50 gravy.
