Fatburger Airdire

Great food but not so great customer service. I ordered a gravy with my meal. When the food arrived and our gravy did not we politely mentioned that we were just missing the gravy. The server begrudgingly brought us our gravy and told us that we didn't order gravy. We had no problem going to pay for it which we did but it was handled very poorly by the cashier. Sad to see that customers don't have any importance. Sad that they are willing to lose a customer over 1.50 gravy.

We went to our neighborhood fat burger on 32 ave ne calgary and were greatly disappointed. Which we have been going to for years to have a supper out last night only to have the worst meal ever. Looking past the fact that the restaurant was dirty the food we were served was far below what we have had previously at this location burger was tasteless and fries with gravy came with large grease clumps from bottom of pot which had been burned gross two bites was enough ,onion rings over cooked stuck together. We will never go to this location again we should have stopped as we walked in to dirty food every where on floor table sticky.

Food quality, service, and ambience were well maintained. Good experience.

I loved the crunchy texture of the fries & Korean Sweet & Spicy Chicken burger. The spicy flavor was just right with the sweet sauce. I loved the vintage atmosphere of the restaurant.

I really love this burger place in Calgary. It would be great to have it in Moncton, NB too. People here enjoy fast food, and this place would be a big hit😍😍

So, not a lot of experience with the wider franchise--but we really like the burgers here. I am knocking it a couple of stars because both the fries and the onion rings are consistently underdone and underseasoned. There are "flavorings" you can get on the curly fries, for instance, but they are all imperceptible. We'll definitely keep getting burgers here, but it would be nice if they could figure out the sides a bit.

The burger was fantastic! But we aware here they proceed debit and credit as cash payments so they can round up.

Worst burger I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 veggie burgers for $30 and when I got them it stinks like rotten food. YIKES! I have been here ones before and was a good experience so brought my family here but never again.

My photo doesn’t look too appetizing, but it was yummy! The burger was very good. Not dry at all. The fries were perfectly cooked, and just salty enough. I got the deep fried pickes, and I wouldn’t recommend them. The best thing by far was the milkshake, yummy!!!

We had lunch at Regina Albert South Fatburger today... so disappointing. Took nearly half hour to get our meal. My hamburger was VERY well done. We had also ordered a grilled chicken wrap which was dropped off at the table 10 minutes after my burger - there was likely half of a purple onion in the wrap, lots of lettuce and a bit of chicken.. Place is getting run down - seats have cheap vinyl patches on them. Used to be good place to eat... not anymore. Won't be back.

The food was great. The issue I had was the fact that it was hard to order. Everyone was speaking in a foreign language and had difficulty understanding me when I placed my order in English. Please have more employees that can speak English. When the entire staff is talking in a foreign language the place feels very unwelcoming. My family decided to take out instead of dine in due to the unwelcoming environment.

Burger was okay, I like the variety of toppings. Staff seemed to be pushing me out the door despite it being far from close and not too busy. When I put my tray down to start sorting my garbage into recycling, waste, and organic, staff came by and dumped everything into waste. Seems weird to have a sorting station if they're not going to bother, seems rude to come up to me and throw it all away when I'm not taking up anyone else's space. Super weird.
Fries needed some salt but they were good.

It was a wonderful experience. The food is always great and the service outstanding. Fatburger is one of favorite burger restaurants in Airdrie.

Not too sure what I did to make them upset. I just asked for burgers with no buns and this is what I got. I don’t know if they got mad because I can’t have the bun. I’m even made it easier by not asking for any toppings. Not very impressed, probably I’ll never go to this location again!!!
