Unbelievable gluten free pasta. I’ve had many gluten free pastas and never has it tasted like the real thing. We ordered 3 pastas, 2 regular and 1 gluten free. I am the only one in my family who is gluten free. My husband and kids are not. The first pasta finished was the gluten free one as they thought it was the best! Safe for celiac as they make their pasta in a complete separate room so there is no cross contamination. We had the spaghetti carbonara. Highly recommend!
Who knew Airdrie had such an amazing Italian restaurant? Pre-ordered a 34 Oz tomahawk, homemade pasta sides, plus all the rest. This gem ranks with the best spots I've ever been. Great service as well. Owners should be proud of what they've built. Please go and enjoy!
