That offer was part of a limited weekend promotion and is no longer active. We can’t extend or replace codes from that promotion, but we’ll have additional promotions launching soon! I recommend keeping an eye on your email or our social channels for the next offer.
If they had properly looked at the complaint, they would have seen the visit took place over the weekend of the promotion.
When it costs 80$+ for a family of 4, you need to have some customer service with that.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries has easily become one of my favorite go-to spots whenever I’m craving a truly satisfying meal. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly grilled beef, the warm buzz of an open kitchen, and a team of friendly staff who always seem genuinely happy to be there. The service is consistently quick, and even during busy hours, the staff keeps the energy upbeat and the orders accurate.
The quality of the food is what really sets Five Guys apart. The burgers are always cooked to perfection with that signature juicy flavor, and I love how customizable everything is. No matter how simple or creative I want to be with my toppings, they always get it right. The fries—whether you go for the classic style or the Cajun seasoning—are some of the best in the business. They’re generous with portions, too; there’s always more than enough to share, even though I rarely want to.
I also appreciate how fresh every ingredient tastes. You can tell the team takes pride in what they serve, from the soft buns to the crisp vegetables. The milkshakes are another highlight, especially with all the mix-in options that make each visit feel a little different.

This Five Guys restaurant is just like all others in the same franchise. Friendly staff, bright and clean setting, and the Five Guys standard you would expect regardless of where you travel to. Plenty of parking space here and they also give you a huge portion of fries.
Best fast food burgers, in my opinion. It's definitely worth the extra few bucks for higher quality ingredients.

On my first visit, they did not put fries in my bag, which was disappointing as it's something I've come to enjoy/expect. But they quickly remedied the situation. While the food is more expensive than most other fast food places, its quality is higher and worth it in my opinion.
