I came to stay with my family and I ordered the tea. They bring it in a cup and I like not take away cup. It was good I liked it thank you for the experience. The woman serving me was sweet. 5 star. I order chai tea it is not good like back home but it is ok they are different. Still tasty.

I really love their chocolate twist. I also got a Chai latte, it's okay but not a lot of flavor, tastes more like warm milk with froth on top.My husband got the breakfast power bowl and he loved it. Very healthy ingredients, great taste! Embogo coffee was very good as well.Service was okay. Person decided to fill the milk for the coffee and answer the phone before serving us and we practically had to announce we were there. We were the only ones in line.Kid-friendliness: People typically bring behaved children as it's a quiet Cafe for work and friendly chatter.

Was good service but was enjoying some videos with my girlfriend and wasn't being to loud normal volume in conversation and barely hear the video playing but someone complained. People are to sensitive wasn't a bad video IJust one on the 13 month calender. So that's why I rated it 3 star food and service were 5 star but atmosphere was one.

Came today and asked for regular coffee and girl started pouring dark roast and I said I wanted regular coffee and she is like we don't have regual coffee now... What kind of coffee shop is this?? Not everyone likes dark roast. The funny part is that I asked for regular coffee and she never said before I pay we only have dark roast. NOT COMING BACK EVER!

I ordered a vanilla Rooibos tea latte the other week and had to go back again within a week it was soo good. Food is also great. Staff are very friendly too. All in all a great spot!

Such a relief when I order a dry cappuccino and I actually get a dry cappuccino!I didn’t catch the name of the young lady who made my drink this evening but it tasted EXCELLENT!Harder than you would think to get a good cappuccino! Greatly appreciated!

I ordered medium cappuccino and this is what I got. Cup was half empty and server was rude. She was a girl with braces. She didn't even interact or say anything. I think i should move my business somewhere else. Staff is so racist don't know why. Paying the same amount as everyone does. So why this kind of behavior.I love good earth coffee because of the location in Banff. but this location in airdrie was my daily routine and sometimes I sat there and finish my work with the coffee. Unfortunately from last couples of recent trips having really strange behaviours from barista. Will definitely not recommend this place to any of my known. Racist and unprofessional employees.

Ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk and it tasted like sour milk and no hint of chai whatsoever. The service was good but I think they we’re having a hectic morning, regardless what a waste of money.

Came here to get a coffee and git a cold one. When told them that my coffee is cold, they tried to heat it up in a microwave! What a joke!I thought this was only because of a certain person workings there, but when I came for the second time, guess what, I got a cold coffe again.Not coming there ever again!
