Miranda is quite literally the sweetest worker I have ever come across. She makes the food with care and always greets you like you’re an old friend. I don’t look forward to going to a fast food place but I know whenever Miranda is working I will have a great meal with above and beyond service. I’ve been going to this location near my work for around a year here and there and I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone at this location does really well but Miranda is quite literally the best food service employee I’ve ever seen.

Was trying to use one of the coupons on the app but due to a technical issue was not able to get my order complete. The wonderful people working there were able to still honour the coupon in store. Very great to see them understand the issues were out of both our hands and still be able to give me my deal

Something happened at a fast food place today. Service! It’s like finding a unicorn I know but it really happened. A lovely young lady took our order and was very pleasant and made our burgers with care. Here is the kicker……she wasn’t busy behind the counter and walked through the dining area and cleaned up and even asked how are meals were. It’s pretty easy these days to bang on fast food places but I love to call out a good employee when it should be done. Kudos!
