Absolutely terrible. The worst I've had. To start there was maybe a half dozen razor thin pieces of beef. Ok beef is getting expensive but really. The broth was mediocre at best. Moving on there was minimal bean sprouts in the package. These can't be expensive. I think i managed to squeeze five drops out of the mostly peel lemon. The final nail in the coffin is no basil or hoisin in the bag. So I got half the flavor profile I was expecting. I dumped the soup down the toilet where it belongs and got something else.

Hi there.. Jens Vietnamese Noodle House.. is a place we love going to get a quick lunch at a good price.. the staff is always friendly and professional The food is always great and we do look forward to stopping in when we can.. The only reason we gave 4 star and not 5 is because of handicap accessibility.. There is plenty of handicap parking out front... however its not practical inside as the hallway to the bathrooms are blocked by storage.. This is always like this.. as storage seems to be a problem as even the bathrooms are used as storage for the restaurant..

We came here everyday while working on the new library, and each and every time it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, yummy, filling, and made with love. The staff are real sweeties. They definitely deserve a higher google review. But don't take our word for it, come for yourselves!

Well I will NEVER EVER go here again. I ordered on Skip for pick up. The food was on time. I walk in and showed her my phone with the number on it for the order. With food in her mouth she lectured me about give the order number verbally to her I didn’t do it properly as I was only to give her the last four numbers. After a full day of working with the public now getting a lecture with her mouth full of food. On top of the the wontons were the size of a quarter. Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN will I eat at JEN’s.

By far the best Vietnamese food i ever had! Absolutely amazing fried chicken rice. Loved the chicken soup with noodles and rice. This was my 3rd time ordering it and it is always the same quality and quantity. Thank you guys 10/10 for deep fried cream cheese wontons

My server was very pleasant and attentive until she asked how it was and I explained that the spring rolls were barely warm, then I never saw her again. My food was was just ok. It came out very quickly which isn’t expected as it’s not a fast food restaurant which wouldn’t be a big deal if the food was hot and fresh but sadly it was not. The spring rolls were not freshly made as they were barely lukewarm which is unfortunate as they are so good when made fresh. I have had both good and bad experiences here so stopped coming for awhile but thought I would give it another chance, a couple weeks ago it was good, today it was not. I appreciate hot fresh food over getting it quickly. Not sure I’ll go back?
The food was very good, not greasy, and a reasonable price. The service was very welcoming and kind from the very moment we stepped inside the restaurant. Would recommend.

A Pho-nomenal Experience!
Sometimes, a craving hits you just right, and for me, it was a steaming bowl of beef noodle pho. I'm happy to report that my recent experience was nothing short of delicious. The star of the show, the beef, was of exceptional quality. Tender and flavorful, it truly elevated the entire dish. And the broth? Absolutely perfect. It possessed just the right amount of spice to add a delightful warmth without overpowering the other nuanced flavors. The balance was spot on, making each spoonful a comforting and invigorating experience. Furthermore, the portion sizes were ideal – generous enough to satisfy without feeling excessive. However, the pho wasn't the only highlight of the meal. The spring rolls deserve a special mention. In fact, to say they were good would be a massive understatement. These were, quite simply, the best spring rolls I have ever had. Crispy, fresh, and bursting with flavor, they set a benchmark that no other has come close to meeting. They are an absolute must-order. Overall, this beef noodle pho experience was incredibly satisfying. From the high-quality beef and perfectly spiced broth to the legendary spring rolls, every aspect of the meal was a delight.
