My server was very pleasant and attentive until she asked how it was and I explained that the spring rolls were barely warm, then I never saw her again. My food was was just ok. It came out very quickly which isn’t expected as it’s not a fast food restaurant which wouldn’t be a big deal if the food was hot and fresh but sadly it was not. The spring rolls were not freshly made as they were barely lukewarm which is unfortunate as they are so good when made fresh. I have had both good and bad experiences here so stopped coming for awhile but thought I would give it another chance, a couple weeks ago it was good, today it was not. I appreciate hot fresh food over getting it quickly. Not sure I’ll go back?

A Pho-nomenal Experience!
Sometimes, a craving hits you just right, and for me, it was a steaming bowl of beef noodle pho. I'm happy to report that my recent experience was nothing short of delicious. The star of the show, the beef, was of exceptional quality. Tender and flavorful, it truly elevated the entire dish. And the broth? Absolutely perfect. It possessed just the right amount of spice to add a delightful warmth without overpowering the other nuanced flavors. The balance was spot on, making each spoonful a comforting and invigorating experience. Furthermore, the portion sizes were ideal – generous enough to satisfy without feeling excessive. However, the pho wasn't the only highlight of the meal. The spring rolls deserve a special mention. In fact, to say they were good would be a massive understatement. These were, quite simply, the best spring rolls I have ever had. Crispy, fresh, and bursting with flavor, they set a benchmark that no other has come close to meeting. They are an absolute must-order. Overall, this beef noodle pho experience was incredibly satisfying. From the high-quality beef and perfectly spiced broth to the legendary spring rolls, every aspect of the meal was a delight. If you're looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine, particularly a standout beef pho and unforgettable spring rolls, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Ordered lunch ginger beef plate. Comes with veggies spring rolls rice and meat. Lady suggested ginger chicken because it is softer. Brings out just a plate with meat when I asked for the rest of our meals she told us no. We can order rice extra. I said d this isn't what we ordered she wouldn't fix it. Then found a 6 inch black hair is the sauce. Showed it to the lady. She didn't care. No offer for replacement or anything again. First visit very disappointed.
Reply to Jens: That is a outright lie the menus were closed when we ordered. We asked for beef and the waitress suggested chicken because it was softer. I know what I ordered.

I got this one delivered and food is always amazing!!! They give so much rice and the meat was tender! I also got cream cheese wontons, so crispy and yummy!!
I usually dine-in but this time had to deliver but service is always super nice and the place is always clean!! Their Pho is also incredible, I definitely recommend going here. This is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant :)!!

I usually don't write negative reviews but my experience at this restaurant was very bad. The older guy (seems like the owner) that takes the orders is super rude. First, they messed up one of the orders and when my wife went to let him know, he kept denying it and saying that we made the wrong order. She came back to the table and everyone at the table was surprised because we heard her order the food. So, she went back again to let him know and finally they brought the right dish but that was not the end. We kept hearing this guy being rude on the phone while taking take out orders. He then told a 'doordash' guy to 'GET OUT' when he politely asked if they could change the way they packed people's orders as it always spills. We spoke to that delivery guy outside after and he mentioned that this guy is always very rude and that he hates picking up food from Jens. When I went to pay for our food, the total he gave me did not make sense but I didn't want to start an argument with this dude as it was right after he yelled at the delivery guy and there were other people still dining inside. We later realized that he charged us for the dish that they messed up. I love Vietnamese food but the food at Jens was mediocre. It lacked flavor. The spring roles were fine. Anyway, will never be going back there. I regret taking my friends and kids there. I hope they get someone nice upfront because that guy has '0' customer service skills.
