First time going to this location. The staff was super friendly, restaurant was so clean and nice! Prices are soooo much cheaper than other sub shops and the food was fresh and amazing. Still thinking about their fries which are made fresh to order. Will be back! Would like to add again how nice the staff were! She even brought our order out to us! Highly recommend

Your service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the quality of your product exceeded my expectations. They have a variety of recipes where they grill/cook raw chicken/steak rather than using pre-cut or frozen item, which makes it a complete meal. They do have options to get any recipes in a bowl or a wrap as well, which makes it even better. I'll definitely be recommending your business to others.

The driest, worst subs we have ever eaten. So dry we could barely swallow it. Tasteless, the beef was tough and dry. First time going and it will be the last. Much better choices for food options in Airdrie. Save your money!!

I was actually looking at Subways newest offerings and came across this place. I was mildly intrigued by the mission statement, it was the same thing that they all say, freshest blah blah blah... I decided to check it out, I was in the mood for something different anyway. I asked for fries, because they say they drop them fresh for every order, this is true. They were a bit larger than mcdonald's fries and have a nice seasoning on them, they did smash a bit in the cup. I asked for a couple of recommendations, I got the bomb with beef and Cajun with chicken. I was really happy with the meat quality, it was cooked nicely and the whole sandwich was nice and warm, as well as really tasty. I was talking to my friend just before eating at another place nearby and asked him what he thought of the place. He said that he hadn't been there for about a year and his experience wasn't as enjoyable. From my experience I would recommend it, the dine in experience looks to be really lacking and uninviting, but the food was great, so I'll be back!

We went to Jon Smith Subs for lunch and had their turkey breast classic sub and Montreal smoked beef sub with a fountain pop and poutine on the side. Both sandwiches were fresh and quite filling for 6 inches. There is seating inside the restaurant and overall very clean. We would come back and try out other menu options!

Ordered through Skip The Dishes. Disappointed. All 3 subs had dry bread. My steak bomb (the one that apparently made them famous?) lacked flavour (very bland), was skimpy on toppings and the main flavour was just salt... This was a second order for one of us and the first sub was soggy. I can think of many places more worthy of the $70 for 3 sandwiches and an order of fries. We won't be back.
