I call ahead for pick up every time I have to order from here. Each time it’s never ready. More often than not I’m left waiting 10-20mins. The workers are all in the back socializing when they could actually be doing their jobs. Horrible service

I put down 1 star only to get to leave a review. I used to love Kentucky Fried Chicken but it isn't anything like it used to be. The gravy was thin like water, neither the gravy or the chicken had any flavor, I think that some of my chicken was raw. The only reason I ate it was because I was hungry. I don't think that any of the staff cares about anything. Don't offer me any free food because I not only wouldn't eat it but I don't want to fill up my garbage container.

Kind of annoying ordering food 10 minutes prior to arriving to the store and they start it when you walk in.
I had 5 people order and get their food after I arrived. It took 25 total minutes to get my food. Why give people the option to order ahead if it’s not ready for when they arrive.. seems redundant?

Ordered a 6-piece chicken meal with fries, gravy, and coleslaw — absolutely awful!! Everything tasted terrible, and we ended up throwing almost all of it out. Wouldn’t even feed it to our dogs. Total waste of money. Definitely would give a zero price negative review if possible.

The older ladies on shift are always so kind, but the younger boys on night shift have an attitude. One of the boys made a comment when my little brother ordered two chicken sandwiches and said “damn” in the corner like it was too much food kinda funny, but also incredibly rude. Him and the other boy both came off with attitude, which felt really unprofessional and immature 😁

It’s gone way down hill at this location. It’s a Saturday evening, you’d think chicken would be ready. A 30 minute wait when I was told 5 minutes. Wasting my time when I would have never of paid for the order. Also disgusting on the floor the cleanup practices. Sadly the third world is running this place.
