Good service, waited about 7, maybe 10 minutes then had my order. š
Customer service is a joke. Avoid if you can.
I have came here so many times just to order a bucket of chicken with just breast and wings. This time the cook that was working there said no he can't do or wouldn't for the extra money.
I had a terrible customer service experience at this KFC. I asked for a receipt when I paid, but the staff member said Iād get it with the food. When I finally got the receipt, it was printed so poorly that key numbers were missing. I politely asked for a clear copy since I need it for personal claims, but the staff member was rude, dismissive, and started yelling at me instead of helping.
I suggested printing from the other POS machine, but she refused, saying they donāt use it. Even when I asked if she could simply write the missing numbers, she ignored me and kept repeating that āthis is how our receipts print.ā The situation only improved when someone from the kitchen came out and finally helped me.
No apology was offered, and the overall attitude from the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. If your printer doesnāt work properly, thatās not the customerās fault ā and treating customers with disrespect is never okay.
Very disappointed. I hope KFC takes this seriously and addresses both the equipment issue and the staff behavior.
This location leaves a great deal to be desired. Itās in an old building, with no drive through, no handicap parking and it isnāt clean. The door was dirty, and difficult to open. It doesnāt fit correctly, so it binds, when opening the door, and itās heavy. Iām older, with a handicap, so I found it difficult to access the building.
My father is 96. He loves KFC, and asked me to bring him 2 wings, and a rib to eat later. He has dementia, and is in a facility. He has been losing weight, and struggles to swallow, so I was VERY SPECIFIC about the pieces I needed. I told the cashier it was for an elderly man in a facility, and was assured they could give me the pieces I asked for. My father was VERY agitated when he opened the box, and found 2 ribs, and a breast. He has difficulty swallowing, so he canāt swallow the breast meat. He likes wings, because they are easy to hold onto, and eat. Iām angry that the cashier didnāt care enough, to give me what I ordered. I explained to her they were for an elderly man. If she had no intention of giving me the pieces I asked and paid for, she should have told me she couldnāt give them to me. I also ordered a small fry and gravy. The gravy was runny. My father likes to dip his fries in gravy, but it was too runny, and he dripped it all over himself.
I wouldnāt recommend this location. Thereās a new location opening soon, by Walmart. Hopefully it will be cleaner, and the staff will care more about providing the food that is ordered. I donāt understand why KFC would open a franchise in a building thatās in such poor condition, and has terrible handicap accessibility.
Order 10 piece bucket have to wait 15 minutes. Customer comes in orders 2 '4 piece meal and I am still waiting.

Stale onion rings, deluxe made with old oil. Disgusting. Couldnāt get past a few bites

It's a standard KFC. The folks are nice, but if you order anything they don't expect -- like, say, paying extra for onion rings instead of fries -- they just ignore it. Double and triple check your order, and just know that if you get it online, they will disregard basically any choices you make. Even if you pay for them.
The staff were respectful food was fast and what you would expect. No complaints
5 stars! If you like KFC then this location will do well for you. Love the daytime weekday staff, theyāre always great! Clean store, a good amount of seating.
The food was up to the usual KFC standard. However, the staff seemed disorganized, not knowing which mobile order was first, confused by Uber drivers. Despite placing a pickup order 30 minutes ahead, it wasnāt ready when I arrived- they had no idea where my order was despite me giving my name 3 times.
I think there's room for improvement in customer service to make it more friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, but I hope the service improves on my next visit.
