Employee who took my order was talking in a foreign language on her phone the entire time she was taking my order. And as if that wasn't already unprofessional enough she gave my 3 lids for my 4 cups and I had to awkwardly interrupt her heated phone call to ask for the correct amount of lids. Absolute embarrassment for this establishment, I won't be back.

The last two times we visited for take out were extremely disappointing. First of the two, our order included a bucket of all white meat, when we got home after paying extra we found it was just a regular bucket. The last time we went, when I attempted to point this out, the cashier said, “ya, ya, ya”. Then rolled their eyes.I did reach out to KFC on their website with more details about these visits, and requested that they contact me. After two weeks, no contact. I will never return to this location again. Food quality was good, but order was wrong, service, terrible.

If you buy 3 pieces of chicken, they will serve leg, wing and thigh. If you don't want thigh they will serve 2 leg and wing. If you want breast it will cost $2 extra. What food company serve food like this. This is bad for people hard earned money.

Colonel Sanders would be rolling over in his grave if he tasted the food they prepared here tonight..Absolutely salty fries with an odd flavor, and NO taste to the chicken,Gravy was so YUK, again not original flavor..Nothing of KFC was original FLAVOR.It's as if someone changed the recipe when no one was looking..Won't go there again..
