I visited the KFC at CrossIron Mills and had an unpleasant experience. When I approached the counter, the cashier was standing to the side, so I politely asked if he was taking anyone. His immediate response, in an unfriendly tone, was “What do you want?” — no greeting, no professionalism. I felt disrespected and decided to walk away, telling him I no longer needed the service. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a negative impression. When I was walking away they were laughing.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent meal I received from one of your locations. As a loyal customer, I have come to expect a certain standard from KFC, but this experience fell far below what is acceptable.
Upon receiving my order, I was immediately concerned by the poor appearance and quality of the food. The fried chicken was noticeably extremely dry, and lacked the signature flavor and crispiness that KFC is known for. One of the drumsticks appeared shriveled, with exposed bone and very little meat, giving the impression it had been sitting out for a long time or improperly prepared. Additionally, the fries were cold, limp, and stale—completely unappetizing and far from fresh.
Calling the attention of Area coach and Restaurant General Manager .Please check quality of the oil immediately! Please check when the last time the oil was changed?
Quite frankly, it did not look fit to be served, let alone consumed. This experience was both disappointing and concerning from a food safety and quality standpoint.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I kindly request that this issue be addressed appropriately. I also ask that steps be taken to ensure better quality control and customer satisfaction at this location moving forward.

Popcorn chicken and zinger were good. But Fries were practically raw. I would have asked for them to be remade but it was a grab and go situation as we are from out of town.

Terrible customer service.
I canceled a nearly $50 order simply because they refused to give me a small container of mayo (worth $0.75) instead of my salad. The staff even had to call the manager for such a simple request… and he still refused the exchange. Unbelievable.
