Ordered a pretzal stuffed pepperoni pizza for delivery . Got a stuffed crust cheese pizza no pretzal stuffed crust.pizza was very salty gross Then they delete my order on app so i cant find proof of mistake. Go somewhere else

ordered a pizza for my colleagues this morning for pick-up at around 11AM. when I arrived the door was locked, open sign wasn't on and there were no people so I assumed they were closed.
When I got to work later that afternoon they called telling me that my order was ready. Of course I couldn't pick it up and let them know that the store was closed when I showed up this morning.
They had the audacity to even get mad at me and scold me, telling me that it was impossible the store was closed that time. They even told me to cancel ahead of time despite confirming the order and pick-up time beforehand. Garbage manager and pizza place.

Went to get a pizza and saw they had a promotion with call of duty, when I asked about it cristina said I had to scan the QR code and put a code on your receipt. Cristina did not explain further so by the time I got home I realized she had tore the receipt off where that code is supposed to be. At least teach you’re employees how to properly use your promotions.
