I told the staff 3times that the pizzas are pepperoni, i got home, and they were all cheese, and they forward phone to a vm that you can leave a msg smfh.

Went to drive thru, asked what was hot and ready. Waited ten mins, she came to window repeated order back different. Re-ordered what was ready to go..waited ten more minutes, closed window and l had to cancel order wouldn’t give money back and told me to wait again. Super upset!!

The food is usually fine but they NEVER have pizza 'hot and ready'. I was told 5 minutes...been sitting here 15 and still nothing for 2 pizzas. Sheesh get it together please...maybe make a few extra pizzas around lunch rush.

I watched the old Arab lady in the back pour some sauce from a Big 5 gallon jug. Some sauce dribbled down the side of the jug, she wiped it up with their finger and then wiped her bare finger off on the inside of the spout and put the lid back on. It wasn't an empty jug, it was still like 3/4 full so I know she wasn't going to throw it away. Disgusting!
Usually always lukewarm and old. Only tastes good when made fresh.

Prices are rising and quality is going down. I remember the lunch special was $6, now that same meal will run you about $9 with taxes. I went there at the peak 1:30pm and managed to get a lukewarm deep dish pizza with coagulated sauce and cheese, yum!
It’s unfortunate because reviewing a little Caesar’s won’t do much, but they should be held accountable for far below standard food especially when the prices are rising faster than competitors who actually make decent pizza (I.e dominos, papa johns where an average/above average fresh pizza is $8-$10).
The sad truth is there’s no good little Caesar’s and they prey on the people looking to save a couple bucks on lunch/dinner.

Every time I come to this location I ask for extra parmesan on my crazy bread and I Just get extra butter or less parmesan than what normally comes on crazy bread

I absolutely love this place! The staff truly makes you feel like family, and that warmth is something special. My daughters and I always look forward to our visits, and the delicious cookies they offer just make our experience even sweeter. It's a comforting and inviting atmosphere that keeps us coming back!

The last 4 times I have been here between noon and 1 pm during a normal work week there is no hot and ready anything but breadsticks which are not fresh. The service even after ordering is slow.
