The nachos are the best!!! And the wings wow! And the brisket... Can't really no wrong with anything on the menu and they have creative cocktails and a great beer selection
Update 2025 - the service is still excellent but the nachos have changed there used to be two round fried tortillas at the bottom smothered in delicious beans now it's only one tortilla with a small portion of beans so the serving over all is a lot smaller which is disappointing I would usually chalk it up to a new cook but I had the same experience both times I had gone (over a period of several months in between) please bring back the second tortilla and be generous with the beans it's my favorite part.
Also we didn't get charged for our DD's gingerale and that was really really appreciated thank you so much

All of the alcohol have gluten in them apart from the hard ice teas. Very extensive drink menu if you're not gluten intolerant. Food is pretty good although it takes a while to come out. It's a typical bar with lots of TV's playing a variety of sports.

First time to Airdrie, and my wife had an appointment in town so we decided to make an afternoon of it and get some BBQ. We’ve been to the other South Block locations and enjoyed our time. We walk into Main Street BBQ and were promptly told that they don’t serve minors. I was super confused, and realized they weren’t going to seat us because we had our kid. I’ve never been to a restaurant and been turned away like that. I get it if you go to a microbrewery or something that doesn’t serve food, but a full on restaurant? I’ve never been turned away before, and the attitude we got like we should have known better was really off-putting. I’m really surprised the South Block network allows an anti-family establishment in their ranks. Makes me not want to go back to any of the locations. Thankfully we were able to find another BBQ joint (Big T’s!) that appreciates families and we could happily spend our money.

Tasty, Smoky, Good Deal! 4booms/5 Half off meats at a certain time. To start of awesome server, fast knew her stuff and recommended the green sleeves. Tasty, citrusy and refreshing.
We ordered the Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, hot link, cornbread, Mac and cheese, rib ends. Everything was delicious! Strong smoky flavour and with the sauces everything was good!
Do recommend the their sides and the Rib Ends!! The pulled pork was more on the dryer side but everything else was amazing! Would recommend this place!
Wonderful restaurant. Great food. Horrible for family. Because they choose to have VLT’s in the restaurant you can’t take your teens for great BBQ. Ditch the VLT’s and focus on what you’re good at. Not really worth the cost of not being able to take your family to a great restaurant.

My husband and I stopped in on a recommendation, and definitely will hit up this spot in the future. Food came out very quickly after we ordered. The brisket was super tender and both it and the pulled pork were well seasoned. The cornbread and honey butter were delicious, melt in your mouth with a little bit of kick. Portions were plentiful and price was reasonable. The server was on her own, but she was very attentive and we never had to ask for refills (though obviously being alone, it did mean it did take a little longer, but not unreasonably so).

Had a wonderful meal here at Main Street. We had the ribs (Very good, not quite fall off the bone), watermelon salad (Recommended!) Along with spicy fries and a 1/2 Chicken. Ample food and reasonable prices with exceptional service. I would recommend this to any BBQ lovers as well as those visiting Airdrie. The prices on beer were okay, even during Happy Hour times- but there is a bountiful stock of choices on tap as well as whiskey.
