I have ordered through skip the dishes several times. On my last order I received a call informing me that they didn't have the ice cream I requested (why do they list ice cream they don't carry) and due to language barriers I was unable to convey what I wanted in excange. They asked if they could text me instead, I told them that would be a good idea. I never received a text and they ended up just choosing a flavor for me (I ordered lychee and received vanilla, I was quite dissapointed). On another order I ordered dill popcorn and received caramel instead. Due to this I am very dissatisfied with miscommunication and continuously listing products not in stock.

I came in here with my 4 kids who were so excited to eat ice cream and the person was on the phone chatting, looked at us and looked away huddled herself by the till and was whispering. 15 mins we waited. And she did not acknowledge us or even say one moment please. Rude! My kids left crying because she refused to help. I am very upset!

Ice creams good but double check the popcorn. Bought a bag and it tasted odd. Looked and it was expired by 2 months. Went back in and found out 2/3 of the popcorn on the shelf in the store was expired. Told the employee so hopefully you guys fix that problem.

I’ve been to Marble Slab several times, and the ice cream is always great with plenty of options. However, I’ve noticed the staff often speak in a different language among themselves, which can come across as unprofessional. It’s important for customer service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere with clear and inclusive communication. Despite this, Marble Slab remains a good spot for quality ice cream.

Dave is an amazing worker at Marble Slab. He is very knowledgeable in his work. Very pleasant and polite. When you ask for extra toppings he definitely gives you extra. I will definitely be returning to Marble Slab!!!

May as well marble slap myself in the face if i order from here again because they never give me the flavor I've asked for. If you don't have the flavor, remove it from skip or call the customer to ask for their choice of substitute instead of guessing what I'd like. Everytime i give them another chance they fail so this is the last time i order from here.

I went to get 1 litre pint and here is my experience 1) the pint wasn't full, it was well over 2 inches less (including the added the toppings). When I mentioned how the pre packed 1 litre pints are so full they said they measured 2) I asked them for a few empty cups and cutlery I was told it would be extra charge. It was the first time I have ever heard that at a marble slab. I told them my concern and said no worries and the staff made a face. 3) before I exited I heard the staff talk about me and how I wanted free stuff. I understand that staff too have feelings and may not be satisfied by customer's ask. However talking about the customer while they are still there is not acceptable. 4) if you're working in a customer service industry the least you can do is smile. It costs nothing!
If you only care about getting icecream go to this location. If you care about the customer service and quantity you're better off getting a store bought icecream or any much better handcrafted icecream for much better price, service and quantity.

Bought a 50 dollar cake. The lady said she couldnt give us a loyalty points because their scanner was down. Then she didn't want to write the name on the cake. Lastly, we didn't get the free "birthday cone" because we didn't get the email from Marble Slab even though we signed up 3 days prior. 100% Dairy Queen is the better place to go to. This is the first and last time we will go to this Marble Slab.

We went to get ice cream at this location yesterday and had bad experience overall. The ladies working there, looked either very new or had really less resources. We ordered two cups of different ice creams one of which was strawberry shortcake. They didn't have enough ingredients of it but still halfly prepared and handed us without putting whipping cream and using a different type of cake in the bottom which was really hard. When asked, they said we ran out of whipping cream. It wasn't what it was supposed to be at all.

Went in on Sunday to get the $6 sundae deal. Only expected to spend $18, ended up spending $36. The staff were very nice, and trying their best. My complaint comes down to a lack of training. She didn't know about the deal, so I showed the promo email. Unfortunately, the picture showed a Strawberry Shortcake Sundae, and so she thought that is what I wanted. I tried explaining I wanted different flavors.
It was busy in the store, and we were having trouble communicating, so I got the sundae and told my kids to just order whatever they wanted. I didn't want to drag out the conversation any longer and keep people waiting.
In the end, my sundae was still rung in at full price. Train your staff better, please.

Just got some ice cream from this marble slab location and the lady serving us seemed fairly new. She was giving good service but it was clear that her coworker was saying she was doing it wrong but instead of helping she just watched as the poor lady looked a little lost. By the time we got our ice cream it was melted.
