I ordered a veg burger, but I was shockingly given a non-veg burger instead. I am a pure vegetarian, and this mistake is completely unacceptable.
This is not a small error — it’s a serious issue of food safety, trust, and customer sensitivity. For vegetarians, religious and personal beliefs matter, and such negligence shows a complete lack of care and quality control.
The staff was careless, and this experience has made me lose trust in McDonald’s service standards. If basic orders cannot be handled correctly, it raises serious concerns about how food is prepared and checked.
Very bad service. Extremely disappointed. I will think twice before ordering again and do not recommend this outlet to vegetarians.

Night shift can’t make ice cream to save their life. Mcflurries have all the toppings dumped on top and never mixed. Like actually this is the 3rd time and insane. Horrible service.

This McDonald's is my local one and it's quick, good, and clean there, amazing McDonald's. I'm not sure why it has low reviews though. They even have a playplace for the kids to not get bored, and it was incredibly clean. Whenever a kid had a accident there (Which happens rarely) The employees would be quick to help and clean the play place squikey clean. Once again, Amazing McDonald's, Would recommend

I just came to drivetru 5:30 this morning and they mess up my order, simple order of bacon and egg bagel sub canadian back bacon, they even asked me to pulled forward in the parking eventhou not busy. How many times I came to this store and sometimes they messed up my order, but every messed up they do the manager apoligize and corrected the mistake with respect, but today the manager incharge didnt even apologize after I told her that they messsed up my order. She just get the sandwich and went to kitchen, even after she hand over to me the bagel. I will understand if its busy and short staff. So advice, please check your order before you leave.

placed a mobile order through the drive theu and went to pick it up. the gentlemen at the speaker box was quite rude when we had a question and never gave us an answer and forgot something in our order. my boyfriend went back in for me, little did we know he was gonna have to go back in the next day. i got my usual mcchicken, and after a few bites realized the meat was not cooked, foolish of me i didnt take a picture and just threw it out in the trash trying to forget about it. the next day hit by absolute waves of vomit. uncontrollably throwing up and pooping my pants. spent hours in absolute pain from food poisoning. my boyfriend went in that evening while i was home throwing my guts up without even being able to hold down a sip of water. he goes in and tells them and they didnt care at all. absolutely no remorse not even a single apology. they were rude to him and treated him disrespectfuly like he did something wrong, all i git was a twenty dollar refund for a thirteen dollar order.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. First, they were advertising items on the menu that they didn’t actually have available, which was frustrating. And when I ordered it, they gave me a hard time on the refund for it. Then, after I realized one of my burgers was missing entirely.
To make things worse, I asked for a refund for a milk that I didn’t need. It was unopened and unused, yet I was refused a refund. I asked for the manager, and “kamal” said it a very sarcastic rude way that she is one. Overall, the experience showed poor communication, lack of organization, and unhelpful customer service. I expect better accuracy and fairness when ordering food, especially when mistakes are made by the restaurant.

Rude very rude drive-thru employees also manager has no control over her staff being in a small town they should really value the local business which they clearly don't based on their customer service skills
I live near here so I go here a fair bit, they almost always screw up your order in one way or another. Usually the food is ice cold and more often than not they give you the wrong items. I'd highly recommend going to a different McDonald's. Employees need some reading lessons.

First things... the taps in the men's bathroom did not work. Leaving what soap I had all over my hands to blow dry... I order 4 double burgers. All FOUR of them tasted like a DRY LEATHER SHOE 🤣🤣🤣 None of the self-serve tils have printer paper. All of this @ 3:30 in the afternoon.
