First things... the taps in the men's bathroom did not work. Leaving what soap I had all over my hands to blow dry... I order 4 double burgers. All FOUR of them tasted like a DRY LEATHER SHOE 🤣🤣🤣 None of the self-serve tils have printer paper. All of this @ 3:30 in the afternoon.

So tired of airdrie McDonald's, just went through drive thru. Our food wasn't even warm. Fries were soggy and lame. I could feel it when my brother gave me the bag that I had cold food. Unfortunately, this has been the standard in airdrie, doesnt matter which location you go to. THE FOOD IS NEVER FRESH, never have the McDonald's nostalgia, just lame sad food I paid 30 dollars for. Pathetic

This McDonald’s will not get any orders right. There is never ice in the summer. It’s apparent that the stuff don’t really care. This is the most poorly managed McDonald’s I have ever been to. I will be writing my review later.

Go to any other location in Airdrie, avoid this one!! We were missing items from our order (not the first time), and all the burgers we did get were made with all fixings on one side hanging out of the bun. Fries were soggy as well. Tried to call to complain and no one answers the phone it just rings until a fax picks up.
