This was one of the worst McDonaldâs experiences Iâve ever had. The service was extremely poor, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. There was no self-serve ketchup available, no ice in the fountain drink machine, and no one bothered to ask if my order was for here or to go.
They didnât even ask if I wanted to upgrade my meal or add anything else, which is basic customer service at any McDonaldâs. The entire visit felt careless and disorganized.
I honestly expect much better from a major brand like McDonaldâs, this location really needs serious management attention and staff training

My app did not work to get to Aspen combs she accommodated she made it fast and efficient. She was great.

Food was delivered me and my kid ate some our our burger/ nuggets as they felt warm the fries were still practically frozen and in turn with the food that was consumed with in 30 min my kid started puking and my stomach was definitely not doing well either.
