This location deserves an award for worst McDonald's in Alberta probably. Always messing up orders, cold food, dirty and staff most times seem under pressure from customer complaints because of their own mistakes. I live right beside and would rather go to the Yankee location. Avoid it unless you got time to wait 25 minutes for a drink. Franchise should be taken away from this owner

Awful experience. Staff yelled at us when we asked where our food was after 20min of waiting and watching multiple people come in after us and get their food. And then they couldn't even get the order right and got madder when we told them it wasn't right. They were too busy chatting with a former employee to worry about getting orders done and accurate

Honestly.. it is very sad when your big Mac bun and burger pattie are the same size as your kids happy meal burger, just with an extra pattie and an extra half bun. Shrink flatiron... With a extra kicker of high costs

Went through the drive thru with my daughter, noticed that all the employees who were working with the food in the back had no hairnets on, not tied back no hats!! This is disgusting considering you're working with food!! Will never go back

This Charesholm McDonalds is a step up in atmosphere compared to most McDonalds. Congrats to the team, they were friendly and worked hard to make the McDonalds experience better than a normal fast food restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: No playing centre but they have some cute short tables, my kids loved them.

Drive through, they missed giving me 1 cheese burger, no sauces for my 3 orders of nuggets.. no napkins … like Jesus, it isn’t hard to read a piece of paper and put the proper amount of things we ordered and paid for. There’s always something wrong with the orders, all the times.

You guys never get the order right. It’s brutal. It’s not that hard to do I worked at a fast food restaurant as a kid. This place needs better management and better employees. $40 for three meals and neither was right. Pretty much unacceptable
