Drive thru was closed on Feb 2.

I ordered a specialty no meat on a burger. And got my order they messed up and put meat. I went and showed them the mistake. Had to wait at least 5 mins for a replacement as they kept doing drive thru. And kept getting their stuff out but took time doing my replacement and I was polite about it too. So not impressed. I think McDonald's lost my business. Going elsewhere.

Second time in a row that I’ve had an order messed up. 2 cream 1 super was about 4 cream 6 super today. Last week it took 22 minutes to get a coffee. Will not be returning, quality has nose dived down in the last month ish

Night crew literally won’t mix your ice cream. Just go to Wendy’s or DQ if you can cause their staff for anything past 8pm couldn’t give a rats about their work or food that puts out. Pay $6 for vanilla ice cream !

Consistently disappointing this year.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich the other day and the egg was missing. 🤦♀️
I was on my way home to hop on a work meeting, so I didn't have time to come back and chew someone out. It's a BREAKFAST sandwich! It's supposed to have egg on it.
Because I was in my meeting and had ordered via the app, I couldn't call the store. So I filled out their complaint form on the app and got 10,000 points for the mistake.
The management at this place must be seriously lacking. Back in 2011, 2012, me and my friends would drive FROM Calgary, specifically to this McDonald's because it was so good. It was also a great place for us to hang out after going to Genesis. Oh how the mighty have fallen though. This location is now the craziest one of Airdrie (and that says something because Coopers was absolute garbage over the past couple years). Now, the Edmonton Trail and the WAL MART locations are the only ones worth going to.
